This is a top notch brand you will not find anywhere other than a supply house. Also, they have so many types of fittings and connections you wont see everywhere. One week he shows up and my fountain isn't working properly and it's too heavy for me to take apart. So he helps take it apart and we discover the fan is coated with algae, after removing the algae and attempting to put it back together had to get creative and figure a way to get the plastic pipe threaded back thru the center of the fountain. While, I'm sure this isn't in his job description he wasn't deterred. Cut a piece of bamboo and threaded it into the plastic pipe that would stay straight and VIOLA my fountain is back together and working again.
