We had water pouring through our ceiling after Jordan did the plumbing for our tub with his son. Our contract stated that he was to come back out to install the plumbing once we worked our way through the project. Once our kids took a bath in the tub, water started pouring through the ceiling and he would not take responsibility. He blamed it on the fact that there were other contractors involved, although the other contractors never touched the tub or the work that he did. He came back out and "fixed the issue" taking no responsibility and paying for not a dime of his mistake. Only for us to patch up the ceiling and it to happen a month later. The issue was a three dollar BEVELED gasket for the overflow drain that he didn't install from the start. It is heartbreaking to go through this as a family when we are saving money to do projects like this-let alone the additional stress of it all. We tried to handle with Jordan and he completely ghosted us-after calling and texting him several times over 6 months-we gave up. A truly heartbreaking situation.

My tank was pretty old and they said that would be the cheapest fix but if the tank started to go bad then I would need a new one all together which was really expensive. A friend of mine recommended I call Force Heating and Cooling, they came out and quoted me a much more affordable rate for an entire new tank all together! Not only were they extremely friendly, their work for removing the old and installing the new was quick, clean and efficient! I was so happy with their work, I have used them since for my furnace and will only continue to use them for all of my HVAC needs! Highly recommended!

Maybe a twenty minute job? $400 estimate. No thanks. I've been a contractor most of my life but charges like that are ludicrous and shouldn't be allowed. Mr Rooter spent their time and resources to provide an estimate that was totally unacceptable. I won't be recommending them to anyone.

I found Actions name and thought I would give them a call thinking it would probably be another place that wouldn't be able to help, when I talked to the owner Mike I was so glad I called. Mike was able to come out immediately and get a new boiler on its way. He had his technicians out the next morning to replace our old boiler and put in a new one. Update: I had Peacock Plumbing out for a quote on a water heater replacement. Not only did they have the best price out of all the quotes I received, they were able to replace it same day and with no issues even though the water heater was located in a very confined space behind our furnace. I literally had other companies say they would probably have to tear down a wall to get to it, and yet it wasn't a problem for Peacock Plumbing. So not only did they save me money by having the best price, they saved me money on not having to fix a wall upon completion! The service is absolutely the best service I've ever experienced from a company. Knowledgeable, personable, friendly and thorough I can't recommend this company enough. He boasted he had thirty years in the industry but would only refer me to chat rooms if I pressed for a better explanation. As has since been confirmed by a separate HVAC professional, the smart thermostat was only indicating a problem with the furnace itself. M&M charged me each and every time they attempted to service this furnace between November and January, and charged me to replace the working thermostat. Still, when the furnace failed hours after their latest attempt, I contacted their emergency weekend services, but was never called back. My furnace is functioning now after minimal service from a separate HVAC professional, and I trust the advice they have given me about the longevity of the system.
