If I could put a negative I would. Here is a review from a customer they treated horrible has to say: I would never call this company nor use them for anything. Gabe came out in Aug and gave us a quote. Told him I had to wait to go over with my husband. I told him I would be going out of town and would get back to him when we got back. My husband tried to call Gabe and either he wouldn't return the call or his VM would be full. So end of September we finally got somewhat of a conversation going and finalized everything on Oct 19. Gabe was scheduled to come out Nov 2 (yes took from end of Aug to mid October before any conversation was able to occur). Very non responsive and unprofessional). When Gabe came out I started talking to him about what he was going to do and he looked at me and said he was only supposed to do "X" not "Y". I told him my husband signed both pages. So he called the office and they stayed there was a mix up and someone would be calling me back to reschedule. Then he goes on to say that if I would have scheduled when he first came out things would be done, I told him I had to talk to my husband first and when we got back from vacation we would schedule. I told him my husband called him and left him messages and in some cases Gabe's VM was full. Gabe said he called my husband 8 times and I said why didn't you leave a message! Never got a call back to reschedule the project. So I called (typical with this company saying they are going to call you and you hear NOTHING) So I called and was passed to Will. We went back and forth as to who was at fault. (Mind you my husband signed 2 of the 6 contracts they sent us and they couldn't logically put 2 n 2 together that we wanted the entire project done. They couldn't pick up the phone and call (not shocking their communication sucks) and ask if we were asking to have the entire project done or just the pumps. They received 2 contracts we signed and they couldn't call!! Guess they don't live by the golden rule on how to treat customers. Again he (Will) had to be right. So I finally just said let's just get this scheduled. So he said someone would call me to schedule. I asked if it would be today, tomorrow, or next month. He said today. I said thanx and good bye. So not too shortly after, someone by the name of Ben called and said after everything that went on, they weren't going to do our project. So again after everything this company did to us Ben put it on us as it being our fault. So I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS FROM THE OFFICE STAFF TO THE UPPER MANAGEMENT I have never met a company with such a high horse attitude as Beltz. UPDATE--Previously I purchased a tankless water heater from Beltz Home Service Company; initially I was dissatisfied with the installation. After contacting Brian Beltz, owner, he was extremely interested in correcting my dissatisfaction with this purchase. He is very sincere in his effort to get the maximum satisfaction from each of his customers. He was willing to discuss the situation in order to come to a resolution. He is highly concern in promoting the values of his company, while promoting customer service/satisfaction. Thus, I would give him a five-star rating. Since I was not satisfied with the performance of the tankless water heater, Brian fully explained the proper usage of it. He tried to rectify my usage of it. I am still learning proper functions of the unit. The nature of this unit is that when rinsing the dishes ,the water will turn cold in the pipes. The tank hot water heater that was replaced kept hot water in the pipes. There was no sudden surge of cold water. Thus, I would rate this unit with a three-star rating. Even with an adjustment in the price of this installation, it was an expensive purchase. Thus, I would rate the tankless water heater cost with a three-star rating. Combining all these facts, I would give a total four-star rating. Since Brian is highly interested in satisfying the customer, I would recommend that the consumer negotiate for the best purchase options; he will strive for your satisfaction. read more

We have two five year old Eternal tankless water heaters and our water would start out hot and then be warm just long enough to get a shower. Eternal is out of business, therefore no resource for issues. We had the plumber from our current service contract out and he said someone else in their company would provide a quote. Days later I received a quote for two new tankless water heaters of a brand I had never heard of in the mail, no sense of urgency with our lack of hot water. I called to see if they would install Rinnai and met some resistance, so I called Beltz. Jess B. came out looked at the situation and suggested we would be fine with one tankless water heater for our needs and could leave the plumbing for a second heater if that was not sufficient. We scheduled an appointment to replace them 2 days later, in the process of draining the water he discovered it was the external compressor pump that was not functioning and the water heaters were fine. He replaced the pump, saved us the cost of putting in a new water heater which would not have fixed the issue. We have a new service plan with Beltz and will use them from now on. Great experience, I would definitely recommend them. read more

We contacted Beltz for some electrical and plumbing repairs needed to be able to put our house on the market to sell. Will came out on a Monday, addressed our electrical and plumbing needs, and repaired them immediately. We though that the cost was a little high, but he did a really good job. On Friday, we developed a very serious leak with one of the faucets that Will worked on and we called Beltz to help us out. Josh came out first thing Monday morning and replaced the entire faucet. After conferring with Brian, they decided to not charge us for this service. This was a very professional solution to our problem even though I wasn't saying it had something to do with the previous repair work and Beltz wasn't saying that it wasn't. Because of this entire experience, Beltz will be at the top of our short list for future home repairs. read more

After an electrical problem with my house, Brian Beltz came out immediately to address the problem. My main meter and disconnect on my house was burnt up...quite literally. Brian quoted me a price for a new disconnect that was well under one-third of the MSRP price that I had found online. Then he called the manufacturer's engineers and was able to get me a replacement for free, even though it was several years out of warranty. Brian definitely went the extra mile and stayed in constant contact with me through the process. His costs were very reasonable for the level of service he provided. The Beltz team provided excellent service and top notch professionalism. I had an electrical issue and needed to have my circuit breaker box and a few outlets replaced. They explained all of my repair options and outlined their repair plan. I felt their pricing was very reasonable and after the repairs were completed, I think their service was worth every penny. After having been told by another Heating and Cooling company that our heat pump needed replaced Eric came out and within 20 minutes found that is was a quirky simple solution. Our A/C was up and running and the cost was minimal compared to the $2000 the other place told us we needed to pay for a new compressor or the $3700 for a whole new system. Eric was very friendly as was Erica on the phone. They kept us informed as to the arrival time and I appreciated the follow up phone call the next day to make sure everything was working. We've been on Beltz's home service plan for a couple of years now and I love the convenience and savings, especially when it's the middle of winter and the furnace goes out or the pipes freeze and you need service fast. The technicians have always been extremely courteous and professional as can be.
