I have always been a fan of RC Willey…read moreFurniture I have purchased many times from both the Riverdale and Layton stores over the years (Riverdale has been closed a while so that tells you I have been a long time customer). In February 2026 I decided to buy my 85 year old mother who was in hospice care and I was her caretaker a more comfortable recliner. The delivery was set for between 1 and 3 pm. My sister and her son were going to be at my house at 1130 to help move the furniture out of the way for delivery set up. At 1045 I go to take a shower before my sister and her son get here and I hear people in the livingroom so I hurry out and the delivery guys had just put the chair in the middle of the floor with an 85 year old woman on oxygen and her tubes running through the room. If she hadn't been up in her other recliner nobody would have answered the door but she was. I come out of the bathroom with wet hair realize they had just delivered it 2 hours early and chase them down as they were driving off. The one delivery guy said there wasn't space for a setup I said my sister was coming over but you are 2 hours early so they came back in helped me get the other out of the way put it in the spot it was going didn't demonstrate any features show how it works etc. The chair is nice and functions well. My mother passed away on April 1 and I am using the chair now. My problem with RC Willey is that when this initially happened I called customer service because I didn't feel that they fulfilled the setup and delivery I paid for. They never called me back at the time but life got bad with my mom's health and she passed away and life got upended. So I finally took a breath today and decided to call RC Willey customer service again. It took a while of let me check on this etc. The end result was they would not refund my $99 setup and delivery because they did actually come back in when I stopped them from leaving. My point was they were 2 hours early and were just going to leave it in the middle of the livingroom.They were not going to fulfill there part of the delivery contract that I paid for. I sent a review in February about this but if something would have been by customer service I would have continued to be a customer but since this determination today I will never be a customer again over a $99 set up and delivery charge that I felt should be refunded because of the way they just left the chair in the middle of the room because the space wasn't ready for set up because they were 2 hours early

This Costco is the nearest one to our house, so we frequently visit this location for our shopping needs and of course, our shopping "don't needs." Who's with me on this one... It seems like we ALWAYS leave Costco with items we had no intention of purchasing. (Well played Costco-well played) Because, who doesn't need 24 danishes or a giant bag of chips and 5 gallons of ranch dressing? But seriously. This Costco is usually extremely busy. It's a large facility, but at the end of the day, there is only so much room for people to navigated around. They have a large food court; which is always going strong. The store is organized and has everything you would expect to find at a Costco. Plus, clean restrooms. The Costco team members are always friendly and helping push customers through the lines. Which brings me to my only complaint. The lines are forever long. It seems like I am usually stuck for a good 10-15 minutes, waiting. They have a lot of registers and they are generally operating most of them... so, it's less of a shot at this Costco team and more of a suggestion that they open another location within 15 miles, to reduce the crowds and spread it out a bit. Today, I would like to wrap up by stating I was able to visit Costco and leave without spending a penny!!! Yep, I successfully won today... but to be honest, it's only because I was without my truck and didn't feel like carrying 10 pounds of desserts back to the dealership, where my truck awaits. LOL. I'll be back soon enough and will be guaranteed to spend more money.

You ass wipes are the only ones who rotate my tires and I have to pay for your f ups, I think not, you will get the repair bill this time and I will take my business elsewhere. Screw you guys and your excuses. PS you don't even deserve a 1 star...

I am very happy witht the customer service I have received and will update this review should it get better or worse This place is scrupulous 100%. I first sent my 1986 timex to them a year ago to have it fixed. It had the battery compartment corroded and they said they could fix that. I mailed it in from California after seeing all these wonderful reviews. I paid them over 300$. They sent me back a watch that did not have my original face or back on it. I called them up and they somehow just happened to still have all my old peices and told me they would take care of putting it all back with my original pieces and send it back to me. I tought this was was very odd but sent my watch back anyways after this happened. Wehnit came back it was ticking odd and In a short period of time the watch stopped working and the time could not be changed as that peice they replaced was defective inside. Then they asked me to send it back again. I had them note that last time they kept my original pieces and that this time I did not want any further issues with the stealing my watch from me. I checked on my watch for a minimum of 5 months all the while they kept telling me they had yet to source the pieces to repair their error. Everytime we talked I reminded them of what they did last time and made sure all my original pieces came back on my watch. Well low and behold my watch just came back today and it is not even my watch. Obviously they could not fix their error and opted to just buy a cheap timex watch face and replace it on my band. The difference is striking and the size is not even the same. I kept photos of my original watch when I had first sent it to them and for them to do this to me was absolutely horrifying!!! I mean the only thing I mailed them that was mine that they mailed me back was the band the watch was attached to. I would NEVER do business with this place EVER!!! The first five photos are MY watch and the last two are the watch they sent me back!! Unless you are in their store and wait for your item and watch it be repaired I would NEVER TRUST this place!!! I will edit this if they address my problem in a timely and lawfully fair maner.

Do not go through this company. You will pay way over market value and deal with them harassing you even if you are one day late. They threaten to call the police on you and criminally charge you. They have no empathy and deliver your things months later but are quick to come get "their" stuff and accuse you of stealing their things. Horrible company

We just got a refrigerator and the reason we liked it is because it had the water and ice on it well we can't use that right now because the guys that brought it in they're not professionals they said they don't know how to hook those things up they just take things in people's houses plug them in and that's it well I believe that if we're going to spend thousands of dollars to them for appliances that they get professionals to hook it all up because then you have them just bring it in and then you're paying for a professional to come in and set it all up for you. I said does anyone that work there know how to do they said no cause that's not what they do well I think you guys might want to think about that cause it's just crap being charged for a appliance that you can't even use the whole thing
