I have never had such amazing customer service any where. I went in with car problems that the dealership was trying to take advantage of me on, and was recommended to Abe by family. And when I say they went above, and beyond here I mean they did everything they could and fixed the issue. They broke a piece to my door and refused to fix it because they couldn't find the right part they told me to fix it myself and they left 2 screws loose in my sound system .they use a lot of crappy brands , they charged me a $1400 for some rims I called few weeks later and they magically dropped to $1200 so I felt like they charged based on if they think they can finesse you , I got a rude vibe all around by the guys behind the desk I feel bad for the employees that really get their hands dirty read more

They took about 15 minutes for the inspection charged me 65 dollars and did not give me an inspection report! The car cost me 29k. After I found out the problem through another shop, I decide to sell the car. CarMax appraisal was only 14k! I was hoping that they could find some problem on this car! The worst experience ever! Came in for a new rim, tire and to try to move my sensor over which was negotiated. I waited 3 days for a tire I came in at 11 only for them to tell one more hour wait which is fine but I didn't get my tire on until 6 pm and I didn't even get my sensor on! They wanted to check if it was damaged...cool waited for a call the next day until I finally called almost a week later only for them to tell me we will ask about the situation and I will get a call back...never did. 2 stars because the workers/ owner were really nice and helpful. Although Firstly, after I left I noticed my sub didn't even hit at all, I went in there with the same sub that and speakers that hit before I blew my amp. When I left it seemed as if the higher I turned it up there was no bass and my speakers were about to blow. I had a friend come look at it for me to see if adjustments could be made and he showed me that they hooked up the sub with 2 positives and didn't make any adjustments to the settings. Once he put the wires correctly and adjusted the settings it sounded good, although they said that was the best it would sound. ( literally no bass, I knew that couldn't had been right since it was all the same as before) Secondly, while I was there I decided to get an alarm put it, they were awesome with my time restraint, I had to go to work, I said if they didn't feel it was enough time, I would come back the next day but they assured me it could be done. The first thing I noticed, the hooked up my lights to flash when I lock and unlock, which I liked but only 3 of my lights got hooked up, so my passenger side headlight doesn't light up. Also when I unlock the door using the alarm remote sometimes it'll unlock my door sometimes not and it never unlocks my passenger side which is why I got it in the first place. The store is filled with nice people, but they couldn't even put positive and negative on the right or correctly synch all my lights to the alarm. I paid way to much for something to be off on every component. read more

I've been to these guys a few times in the last few years and they have always done an outstanding job. Kind of a one stop shop with a friendly staff and very competitive prices. Mo is one of the nicest guys you can meet in the shop and is extremely knowledgeable. If you have concerns let me give you and example of my history with these guys. I had a brake job done with them in the past, that no local shops would do because all of the parts were aftermarket. These guys took the job and special ordered the parts with no issues. A similar thing happened a few years later when I couldn't even get the dealership to replace the belts on my vehicle on an aftermarket supercharger that THEY warrantied. Once again these guys stepped up and took the job which they stated was very difficult due to more aftermarket parts I have installed. Overall great work guys 5 stars!!! Returning customer!! Update: I had a disagreement with these guys about the price of a car part. No fault to them due to online pricing sometimes being cheaper for parts. I have to give major props to AVS Motoring. I purchased a Scion FRS 10-Series and immediately when I took ownership, I knew I had to get some kind of back up camera installed. At first, I was thinking of a rear view mirror unit (did not want any cutting or some of kit that involved that), but after speaking with Rick at the shop and seeing the Pioneer AVH-1400NEX head unit that was near identical to the one in the car, I am so glad I went with a head unit change out. Nothing cut! Old one came out (and saved) and the new one fit right in perfectly and the system looks stock. Since I did not want any drilling I went with a chrome licence plate frame for the camera and the frame matched perfectly too. So pleased with the set up and installation. Backup camera is clear as day and with the unit having Apple Play, it's a big bonus for those iPhone users. So, if you have a 2013-2016 Scion FRS with no back up camera or basic head unit, this is the spot to change it out for a fair and reasonable price too! read more

I went back and explained my concern; only to come out with an appointment to "correct wiring done by another shop" My previous stereo that was installed had no glitz and my system had bass and clarity after AVS servicing my system it sounded like crap.
