Their follow-up was outstanding and they provided all the information I needed, answered every question clearly, and made the entire process feel organized and stress free before moving day even arrived. On moving day, Leo and his team were exactly what you hope for (and rarely get). They arrived on time, fully prepared, and completely focused. Every piece of furniture was wrapped with care, fragile items were handled thoughtfully, and nothing felt rushed or careless. What truly sets this team apart is their attitude and teamwork. Everyone was polite, efficient, and clearly experienced, working seamlessly together. They made what is usually a stressful, exhausting day feel completely manageable and honestly, easy. No hidden surprises, no damage, no drama, just excellent service from start to finish. If you're looking for movers you can genuinely trust, Pick and Pack Moving are exceptional. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and recommend them without hesitation.

I convinced then to send a second truck but despite that they left several of my items behind. I was able to make arrangements to get some of them back but others are missing. During the course of the move the lack of proper truck was blamed on me having large furniture. then I was further blamed and gaslit for items being left behind by being told that I gave instructions to leave items. this was a full residential move and I don't know why I'd go to the trouble to pack up boxes to leave them.

My mother shipped her vehicle from NJ to my house in CO. The salesperson was great...very nice, said all the right things, made all the right promises, she says. Talk about under-deliver. Car was supposed to be picked up, 12/26. Delivered 12/29 or 12/30. We called them the day it was supposed to be picked up because nobody showed up or called, and we had someone literally waiting there all day. We were told after many calls and finally reaching someone, that "it is the holiday...you can't expect me to find someone on the holidays..sorry". Also.."don't expect it until 1/4 or 1/5". Now I have to rent my mother a car to use. And as far as customer service for not meeting the agreed upon dates? We asked for a discount, since they were late, costing us more money, and delivering terrible service to us, but we were denied, and I repeat exactly: "you should have read the terms and conditions". My mother is very trusting. I can tell anyone reading this review that you should be very wary of this company. Read ALL the terms and conditions, get everything you can in writing, and I hope you do not have the experience we are currently having.

He…read morewas super responsive and even though there were some challenges (drove to the middle of nowhere New Jersey to drop my car) it was a reasonable price compared to others. Issues were threefold: - Eric basically represented and used a facility that does its own direct auto transport. When questioned (because they were cheaper) he highlighted his business as better due to a number of factors. None of these ended up coming to fruition. - the Rando he got to transport my car was horrible. Lack of communication or updates. Ended up delivering the car two or three days later than promised (meaning I missed being able to inspect the car). And throughout the process was full of lies regarding arrival time and why he wasn't delivering on time. - car was damaged during transport but because I was out of town for 2 months after the fact and wasn't able to confirm and share this with Eric (because it was delivered late) I had no recourse for costs to fix the damage. - finally, In reviewing his end of year books, Eric got confused about a voided transaction (I had been charged twice initially and there was a void in his books). He assumed that it was me doing it due to my dissatisfaction and charged my credit card again without confirming the issue with me. He left messages while I was in a meeting and then charged my card without confirming. When I called, he apologized for his angry action but for someone who highlights professionalism amongst his traits, I feel this was way out of line. I was going to just leave things as is and not write a review and leave things as they were in August but given the action he took today I felt compelled to warn others.

*Mention Yelp for $50 off!…read more Very pleasant experience with this company. Alex was friendly and easy to communicate with. We coordinated a vehicle shipment from NJ to TX (with a flexible timeframe). It was really easy to get an immediate quote via their website and to subsequently schedule the pick-up. Additionally, their prices seemed really reasonable compared to other companies. They charged $1,290 ($290 down, $1000 upon delivery). I liked that their quote specified that it included taxes, tolls, fuel, insurance, and a price guarantee not to spring any additional charges. Just for comparison's sake, I priced two other companies in the NJ/NY area and was quoted $1,455 and $1,725. I also checked several national companies to compare prices. Their prices varied ($1,124; $1209; $1,513; $1,575). As you can see, the lowest quotes were slightly lower but not by much. I was honestly hesitant about using these national companies because they tend to have more negative reviews (although they probably also do more business). There are accusations of hidden fees, damages, bad customer service, etc. They also tend to be less personal (since they are headquartered in random locations). After considering price (and price guarantee), location, and reviews, we went with Sanway. They appeared to be an experienced and established company where you are still able to get personal service. Just a heads up, Sanway does subcontract third-party drivers/companies to deliver your car. The drivers do pick-up and drop-off the vehicles directly so you interact with them. Keep in mind that they have multiple deliveries to make so they are unable to give you an exact delivery day/time. They initially told us 2-6 days (average of 3). When the pick-up occurred, they told us it should arrive on Saturday/Sunday. The car arrived on Sunday evening and the driver (Robert, nice guy) called when he was about 25 minutes away. I was hoping that the driver would give me more of a heads up as he got closer to my area but it ended up working out since we were home at that time. You just have to stay close to home and plan accordingly. Highly recommended for your vehicle shipping needs.
