The best limousine service in tri-state area CT NY NJ affordable rates using the latest model luxury cars everyone treated as a vip.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE! They overcharge and when you book online, there's an automatic deposit they take from your card that is nonrefundable. They purposely make it so you don't see that (you have to click a small link that says terms and conditions and then it tells you this). It is not clearly stated when you are putting in your card info. They were very rude when we asked 2 months in advance to cancel booking due to a more reasonable deal with another company and they refused to give our money back. $500 down the drain. They are thieves and they know exactly what they're doing trying to rip people off this way. read more

My boyfriend and I booked this service over 2 weeks ago for a vacation. Over the course of 2 weeks we received 10+ confirmation emails and calls only to have no driver at 3:15am. We are currently trying to find alternative transportation and hoping to make our flight. This is absolutely ridiculous!!! When we got on the phone with the guy at Avon, all he said was sorry we fucked up... $220 and you don't send a driver out?!?! This is absolutely unexceptionable!! Furious. read more

email written to Joe - no response over a week later...only rating a "1" because there isn't "0"...I'm writing you to provide feedback on our first experience with Avon Limo Company. If I was providing a net promoter score, this experience would fall in the detractor category. Here's my reasoning. 1. The car had an overbearing smell of fragrance, like cheap car fragrance. The minute the door opened it set my wife back a few feet. We had to keep the windows open despite the heavy rain and cover our faces with a scarf to help mitigate the effects of the smell. Very nauseating odor making the 2.5 hour drive a bit unbearable. My wife experienced watering in her eyes. 2. The driver sped well over the speed limit (10-15 miles over); at one point I had to politely ask him to slow down (he was doing 81 at the time) with rainy weather conditions. 3. The driver appeared very tired as I could see him fighting keeping his eyes open, rubbing his face and he crossed the lines often. I share the above to provide feedback as I'd want to know the same if it were my company. Any mishap would have put Avon Limo its reputation at risk, in addition to an obvious liability situation. Despite all of the above, the driver was polite and on time. read more

Used service for drop off and pick up to JFK. 9-2-2022 driver was 20 min. late for are pick up / drop off to JFK not sure if he was new behind the wheel but we were all car sick by the time we arrived. 9-9-2022 pick up from air port they sent the wrong car and we were all squished in vehicle. They charged me for a limo but picked up in suv 300.00 approx difference. I called next day and told them and a week later but never credited my account. I called my credit card company to dispute charges!! Will never use this place again. read more

The worse experience ever. The day of my wedding the driver parked on the other side of the parking lot at the complex and asked me to walk to HIM. After the ceremony he left " to get his lunch" Nothing worked inside. no AC. No TV. No music. It was a Hot day and not even ice to cool down water at least. But quick to OVER CHARGE, and took few days for called back to refund our money read more

**** DO NOT USE this service!!! **** The driver was 45 minutes late and there was no rate or compensation adjustment. The excuse was there was traffic in the Lincoln Tunnel but the driver didn't text me until less than 10 minutes to the pickup time at 2:00pm (attached). A professional driver should always show up early and never be more than 10 minutes late and if they are, the company should lower the cost of the service because that is not the standard expectation of a point to point limo service. I also called the Friday before my reservation to ensure everything was squared away due to the poor reviews and this still happened so even if you try to do the right thing they will still screw up. Trust the reviews - it hasn't changed and is still an awful experience. If you do chance booking with this awful unprofessional company, I would assume your driver will be at least 30 minutes late, nobody will remedy your situation after repeated emails and phone calls, and they will just take your money. read more

Avon Limousine - Limos Near Me - Norwalk, Connecticut

Blerg. Waste of money. We used Avon limo services for a bachelorette party, requesting transportation from Ridgefield, CT into NYC for dinner, a show, and dancing. LUCKILY just one way (we opted for the train back), $280 (split a few ways). I suppose it depends what your driver is like but ours was extremely unprofessional. Not to mention the fact that it took us almost 2 and a half hours to get into New York with NO traffic. We almost missed our dinner reservation. Estimated time of journey is an hour and fifteen minutes. When leaving the driveway, our driver asked for the address, put it in his GPS, and the gals and I were so busy talking and catching up that we didn't notice how long it was taking us getting to the highway (684 South). The limo driver drove around for 45 minutes until the bachelorette (we left from her house) noticed that we were only 3 MINUTE AWAY FROM WHERE WE LEFT. He then asked for the address again, as if we never gave it to him in the first place. So. Freakin. Odd. So, what was supposed to be a quick, leisurely ride into the city with plenty of time to eat dinner and mosey around turned into something that felt a lot like purgatory. Nope. Never again. I'm taking the train forever. read more

After posting my review I received an email on 1/4/15 from Avon Limousine offering a 10% refund.

They were supposed to show up for my nieces quincencera and 15 minutes after their show up time we find out they were not showing up. Even though they took our credit card information and we called to confirm they confirmed there was miscommunication within their company which resulted in our day almost being ruined and causing us to scramble. If you want to know for sure a limo is going to show up, pick a different company. read more

best limousine service. I would highly recommend Avon Limousine Worldwide! They arrived early for our morning pick up. They were wonderful with communication for our international flight and the signage was clearly visible for our return into JFK. Both of our drivers were friendly and accommodating for our party. Will be using them again! read more

Worst experience ever! No question. Staff is untrained, and the equipment in the limo was unusable. We booked them for a wedding and how is it that you are late picking up the wedding party from the church?? He didn't wait and made us wait 30 mins at the church after the wedding was over, also no a.c. Not one piece of working equipment ... This place is a joke... Oh and don't ask for a discount... Because they don't call back and they give you the run around... It's been 4 days and the manager has not been at the store? Really? read more

I ordered Limo Service for my best friends bachelorette. I used the online tool they provide on their website that atomically calculates the amount I had to pay based on the amount of hours, people and the distance. The limo for 6 people for 3 hours came out to be around $370 which I found pretty reasonable. I booked my service a month in advance, prior to our event I called the company twice to make sure everything is all set and paid off and I don't have to worry about anything on the day other than having good time. I was ensured it was. I ve got my confirmation email and we were ready to go. The limo came on time took us to the bar in the city, we had a drinks then dropped us to the hotel as I specified at the beginning. 15 minutes before the trio was over the limo driver told me that he will charge me additional hour ($130) to drive himself back home. It wasn't stated anywhere in the contract, nowhere on their website, nor in my email, neither no one told me not the phone in finally responsible for drivers drive back. I found it quite outrageous and a rip off. I called the company the next day, after few hours trying to get in touch with the owner, Joe, I finally expressed him my problem. He's answer/explanation was that if I don't pay "he's responsible to pay the driver his hour back". Clearly, why would I? He told me that it's because I booked my reservation online, HOWEVER I DID CALL TWICE TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS PAID. after discussing back and forth he apologized and ensured me he will reimburse half of the payment (around $60) back. It's been over a week no money has been reimbursed. The point of this text is to ensure whoever is booking hours with this company, be aware that 3h in real life means 2h. Limo for 3h is not 370 as it states online but $500. Definitely not worth it. read more

Avon Limousine was the worse place ever. I wish there was a zero star. I would never recommend them to anyone. First off the limousine driver was extremely late picking me up for my wedding. I started to panic and called their office only to be hung up on 3x. Finally the driver got there and went the wrong way, so yep I was late for my own wedding. When my bridal party got into the car I was like why don't we all fit this is supposed to be a 12 passenger limo and we have 10 people with 2 of them being children. Since I was leaving out of the country my mother called the company who stated it's not their fault that CT doesn't allow 12 passenger limos. Well maybe you should not have let the person buying the limo purchase them. They also OVER CHARGED me for the limo I bought since it was only an 8 passenger limo and refuse to give me any money back, which not that I am back in the country I will be going to the better business bereau for them doing this and continuing to hang up on myself and my mother. The driver even stated to my mom that she better not have gotten him fired for calling the office since he was late. Excuse me, but I am paying for you to be somewhere on time and you weren't. The "owner" even stated he drove by my church and not 10 people got out of the limo. It does not matter how many people were in the limo I paid for that and now want to be reembursed for not getting the service i asked for. read more
