Roberta was on her way back to the spa. Once she arrived, she got me set up for my wrap in the designated room. She explained everything beforehand and answered all of my questions. While talking to her, it was nice to learn that she is from Ghana. I love supporting minority-owned businesses. That was a plus for me. My appointment lasted for about an hour. She checked on me periodically while I sat in the sauna room. She even brought me some water and some of the green juice that she makes to give to you as part of the body wrap program. The juice was tasty! Everything was done professionally. I will definitely recommend this spa to others.

There are ways to approach customers respectfully without making them feel accused. I left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome, which is disappointing because I've shopped here before without issues. I hope management addresses how customers are approached, especially younger-looking shoppers. Everyone deserves to feel respected.

They have signs indicating to maintain a 6 foot distance and have hand sanitizer located at the check- out counter. I came here because I just needed some hair oils that are pretty much carried in every beauty supply. I did a cursory scan of the other aisles just to get a feel for the overall inventory. I don't recall seeing "The Mane Choice" carried on the aisle but basically every other brand you would expect. Based upon my scan it appears as though there is a bit of a mark-up on a number of items as well. Some of the signs were a bit off-putting, very much "hurry up and buy" or "you break you buy" vibes.
