When the vehicle I reserved wasn't available at the time of my arrival and the other similar vehicles in the same class did not provide the equal amount of legroom Angelica and Justice went out of their way to ensure that they found me a vehicle that was comfortable for the needed legroom as I am 6'4". The follow-up communication as to how I was pleased during the course of my rental was extraordinary to say the least. Be careful of this office!…read more I was charged a Fuel & Service fee even though I returned the car with slightly more fuel than it had at pickup. I have photos from both pickup and return to support this. I tried calling the Yuma International Airport location multiple times and no one answered. Now I have to resolve this through my AMEX customer service instead of the local office. Make sure to take photos of the gas gauge at pickup and return, because fuel charges here seem to be applied without proper verification.

Naturally I didn't want to pay more for the rental so I chose the mustang. The range is horrible, you can't even make it to the next city without stopping and charging plus with the cost to charge this is equal to a vehicle that gets 14mpg. I will not be ordering another rental car from them!

He refused to honor the rate made online and demanded to see an employee photo id card and corporate credit card in order for me to pick up my vehicle. My company does not even issue those. I travel for work and have never been asked, let alone required to have them. I provided a copy of my paystub with my business card but was still unable to secure my rental. This is extremely frustrating considering my pick up was for 1645 and they close at 1700. There are limited options here in Yuma but I would not recommend this location.

Extremely Disappointing Experience…read more I reserved a cargo van on June 28th for July 14th at 8:00 AM at the Budget Truck Rental location at 3040 S Pacific Ave, Yuma, AZ. I received a confirmation email and printed it out. I also called the local office six times the week before to confirm the reservation, and each time I was told the van would be there. When I arrived at 7:45 AM, the office was closed. It didn't open until 8:15 AM, even though the posted hours said 8:00. When someone finally arrived, they told me they couldn't find my reservation. I showed them my printed confirmation, and only then did they locate it--but they still said they didn't have the van I reserved. This caused major disruption. I had taken time off work, and someone else had done the same to help me move. I called customer service and was told a manager would call me back within 30 minutes. That never happened. I called again and was told to wait two hours. Still no call. After multiple follow-ups over two days, I finally spoke with a manager who told me there was nothing they could do--not even from Phoenix, which I offered to drive to. This was an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience. A confirmed reservation should be honored, especially after multiple confirmations. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

The Airport location sucks!…read more Omg! The service SUCKS! The agent with his Fake name MARK is a total D*ck! He litterly cussed me out when I asked for a card and the managers name! Story goes; he wanted me to pay double the car rental rate when I already had a reservation through AVIS.com that was half that price. So why would I pay double? Mark said if I didn't take his rate then I can go F*ck myself! I thought he was joking and I was on camera because what customer service agent responds that way? I couldn't believe this and he continued to cuss at me as I walked away! Don't ever rent here because they are rude and suck! They do whatever they want and no one cares! I've seen the reviews! Oh and apparently Mark is the head manager so he said he can whatever he wants!

They couldnt tell me why. i raised complaint, 6 weeks later i receive an email saying i didnt refuel the car. I have their return receipt confirming that i actually returned the car with more fuel! absolutely livid! had to wait 45 mins to get thru to an advisor on the phone. They cancelled the charge and refunded me, but they didnt even apologise. DO NOT USE THEM. First and last time.
