I was able to aquire a free 10-Day Rental thru the dealership my car is getting service at. I found the place clean and the staff that helped me friendly and professional. I had all of my many questions answered and received speedy and efficient service. I was even emailed additional information on some other services they provided. Sans the dealership I would definitely consider them for future car rentals!

RENTERS BEWARE! INSPECT EVERY NOOK & CRANNY OF THE RENTAL BEFORE LEAVING THE PARKING LOT!! I've rented many vehicles from enterprise over the past two years and never had a problem until careless staff either advertantly or inadvertently gave me a damaged vehicle and i was held responsible. I talked to various personnel: from store manager to area manager and the risk management manager. The higher up I reached, the worse the customer service got. Risk manager told basically told me that the more vehicles i rented from Enterprise, the more likely i would end up crashing...um I think NOT! I have a had a clean driving records since i was 16!! I paid them my deductible, gave them my insurance information, keep in constant communication with them, yet they send me letters threatening me to take further action. I wish i could upload photos of the alleged damage i caused while the vehicle remained parked in a private garage!!! I said it again and I will say it again, I am 100% sure, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that the damage did not occur while the vehicle in my possession. This issue has been ongoing since August 2016 and has yet to be resolved...smh! They just cant seem to get their act together. Furthermore, in the last conversation i had with the area manager i mentioned to him that since I was being held responsible and forced to pay over $1000 for damages I did not cause nor did they occur while I had the vehicle in my possession, I wanted everyone to know about this very unfortunate situation. My work requires a lot of travel so i returned to enterprise on Jan 9 2017. I was given the wrong size vehicle so i called before returning. The lady i spoke with said i had to wait and I told her i could not because I was already behind schedule since i waited for 30 min for the first vehicle. When i returned, the same associate who screwed me over the first time, gave me keys to a replacement vehicle and let me walk out the door without a walk through inspection. HOWEVER, I knew better from the above experience. I had to walk back into the store and ask an associate to come out and look at some deep scratches on the dumper, roughly a bout 9-10 inches in length. All he did as take a picture of them but never updated my rental agreement to notate the damage. I am glad I took a my own pictures. Although, i am not sure how well my own pictures would have helped if they decided to charge me for that based on my previous experience. Seems like the word of a long time, good standing customer doesnt mean a thing!

First of all, don't let them tell you that they're "affiliated" with Dick's Auto Rebuilders on 24th Street. It's all the same business, and I didn't realize this until it was too late. They sent the car to Dick's to be inspected before I bought it, under the pretense that they would give me an objective evaluation. They fixed a few things, we signed the paperwork, and all seemed fine for a while. Then stuff started breaking. The hatch wouldn't open unless you either wedged something in there and pushed the button a second time, or had someone back there to grab it. Every time I brought it in to have them fix it, it worked fine. It wasn't until later that I realized that they were pulling a sleight of hand. The mechanic must've grabbed it without me knowing after the first push, to trick me into thinking it worked. The same went for one of the headlights. They replaced it before I bought it, and I think they must not have installed it correctly because it would cut out all the time. I would take it in, the mechanic would give it a slap to bridge the connection, and insist that it was "fixed". I brought it in at least three times. The problem just got progressively worse, and just after the warranties had expired, it stopped working entirely. The sunroof also stopped working. I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt on this one, but it bears mentioning. Then came the transmission. It had to be flushed at one point, and somehow my drivetrain warranty didn't cover it. They told me that it was good to go, but that I might need to check on it and/or add fluid. I'm not sure how I was supposed to do that, considering that the car only had an electronic dipstick that requires a tool, and adding fluid requires removing the battery. Even if it was accessible, I wouldn't have thought to check anything because it was running just fine... until I was driving to Phoenix the other day, and the transmission exploded. It's toast, and it will cost me more than the car is worth to replace it. The mechanic I took it to told me that the flywheel is damaged and was most likely the cause of all of this. American Auto/Dick's knew about it and sold me damaged goods. I drive for food delivery apps, so I'm basically left with nothing. I have no money to replace the transmission or the car, and no means to make it. They screwed me out over seven thousand dollars (to say nothing of the year spent busting my hump to pay off the loan), and now I'm going to have to take the bus for months or maybe even years until I can find another job and save up for something else. Stay clear of these people unless you like heartbreak and losing money.

I walked on the lot looking at a 2017 Sierra Denali with 99k miles on it. The truck is nice but it's eight years old and probably $10000 - $15000 too much. He didn't even act like there was room for negotiation. The salesman said that the cheapest truck they had was a 2014 F-150 for $26000. I know they do sell vehicles but I have to wonder how they stay in business when you are a small used dealer that asks new retail prices for your inventory. As of time and date the economy and new and used car market is a buyers market and I am wondering what is going on with this place. Used car lots, tire shops (llanteras) restaurants and bars are good for certain types of activity and I have to wonder. The truck is nice but you would have to be a fool to pay $12000 - $15000 over market, I don't usually take the time to comment on anything. They have nice vehicles but I don't see how they stay in business. People are tired of being exploited and expected to have a $1000 a month car note on a used vehicle. This is an eight year old truck with damage and the last thing is that they don't have any prices on their vehicles, and not even on their website. A very questionable practice.
