Three months later I received a threatening call from this location demanding payment of an outstanding balance by the close of business day that day! Keep in mind, we never knew there was a balance due, being that we rented the car THREE months ago and received NO form of communication from this location during the three month timeframe. Not the best way to handle a customer, EVER! I give them a one (1) star rating because clearly there is a lack of customer service training at this Enterprise location. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS EXPERIENCE!

I spoke by phone with Branch Manager Quintasia Slappy. She said it would be no problem to drop off the vehicle at her location. I asked about fees and she said there were none. I arranged for a ride from the rental agency. When I arrived to return the vehicle, she informed me of a $200 inner city fee. I was and am furious because I specifically asked over the phone if there was a fee, and she said no. Either she lied or is incompetent. She refused to waive the fee. Great customer service. Clown.

I just wish I lived in Pittsburgh, I'd do this all the time. Caden was great getting the insurance and scheduling locked down. Car was very clean. I was worried it wouldn't sound good, but it had Ferrari's sport exhaust which did the job! (I've rented a McLaren MP4-12C and 720s Spyder which both were turbocharged and fell FLAT in the sound category). Out of the 12 exotic/supercars I've rented in the past, this is my absolute favorite. I also appreciated the option to just buy additional miles at a discount in advance. The standard 100 is fair but getting additional miles in advance makes the experience better. I can't WAIT to return this spring for some more fun! I've rented exotic/super cars from many other companies in the past and LW Exotics are the BEST.

And I'm thinking oh my gosh, I have a problem. Instead, he says this oil is really clean. You've only put 500 miles on it. Any oil I put in is gonna be the same as this. All you need is to have the warning light reset. He does that they don't charge me. How easy would it have been for them just to change the oil and get me to pay the bill. That's a literal car payment for one day so I luckily found this gem with their truly discounted rates (lower then 1/3 of what that national chain was trying to charge me) You deal with real people from start to finish and everything in between. It will probably be Lisa, or that was at least who I had the pleasure of dealing with and although I had called many times to change the drop off date they had no problem. The only thing I would like to see change is the ability to rent for a longer period than 28 days but I was told that's the state minimum by law so I don't see that being anything to blame them for. Great rental option for someone with their car in the shop, looking to rent a truck or van for those bigger loads, or if someone is visiting out of town this would be perfect!
