On Tuesday upon picking up the vehicle I paid 350.17. Later that day, the location processes a refund of my deposit while I was still in procession of the vehicle (which was rejected due to my card being locked) only to attempt to take again, 3am in the morning. Upon returning the vehicle I was charged again, for 50.17 (cost of the rental minus the deposit) both charges were posted to my financial institution. While attempting to resolve this i called the branch, only to get the same individual every time who would just ramble and lie about hearing from corporate yesterday when I onky spoken to corporate that morning, and just proceeded to tell me anything just to get me off the phone. Even talking over me and cutting me off mid sentence despite mine calm demeanor. The enterprise corporate person said they just needed to resubmit the refund and problem would have been resolved. Its clear that someone messed up and is trying to cover their behind. So I currently still without of 400.34 (350.17 + 50.17) and 1700 points with no resolution in site. Although this location is super close to my house, id caution anyone to find another location to rent from until they get themselves together.

Yes, there was a bit of a wait, but they were honest about the situation and I had no problem sitting for a while. (The World Cup was wrapping up and other Enterprise stores had evidently borrowed inventory.) I requested a large SUV to accommodate my son's car seat and equipment, and even with few options, they were able to pull off a miracle and find one for me. I ended up having a long conversation with both Zubin and Esther about the process with my insurance company and the entire rental and return policy. They are just the nicest people and truly made it all easy to understand. Lastly, there were a ton of people that showed up around the same time to pick up rentals, and they managed to get everyone set up and out the door in seemingly record time. It is worth noting that both opted to stay after closing hours to make sure everyone was accommodated. You certainly don't see this kind of customer service everywhere anymore! Moral of the story: You may have to wait a little bit, but it's for a reason, and Zubin or Esther WILL make sure you get a car.

Worst rental car experience I have ever had…read more I was supposed to pick up my rental at the Sugar Land Airport location. I waited for over an hour, and they never opened. I then contacted the company, and the phone representative sent me to the Sugar Land location, telling me they had a vehicle there for me and that she booked it. When I arrived at the Sugar Land location, I was told the vehicle was reserved for someone else and that I could not have it. So despite having a confirmed reservation and being told by the phone representative that a vehicle was available for me, I was left without the car I reserved. At that point, I had no choice but to settle for a minivan just so I could make it to a wedding in San Antonio. Because of this entire mess, I arrived late to the wedding. What made the situation even worse was that I was given the runaround about being compensated for all the inconvenience. I was told they would take care of it, so I trusted that. Two weeks later, instead of receiving the promised compensation, I was charged the full rental price. I called the Sugar Land office to address the situation, and the representative simply kept me on hold. This was completely unacceptable from start to finish. I made a reservation, showed up as instructed, was sent from one location to another, was denied the vehicle I was promised, had to take a vehicle I didn't reserve, arrived late to an important event, and then was charged full price after being told I would be compensated. I have rented cars many times, and this is by far the worst rental car experience I have ever had. The lack of communication, organization, and customer service was extremely disappointing.

Century has proven to be a trusted automotive care source for both routine maintenance and repairs. Their service goes well beyond transmission repair to just about any concern related to cars. Their hourly rate is less than the dealerships and no attempts to upsell you on items beyond the immediate reason for the visit. The staff is very capable and do a great job of explaining any service or functionality of car's parts impacted. Since I do not, the next best thing was finding LA Auto which is Woman owned and Operated to fix my ride! LA Auto was brought to my attention thanks to the Projects feature in the Yelp App. I sent out a request for a job or service and Yelp broadcasted it to businesses to reach out to me concerning the service. I had initially had a different mechanic before LA Auto that was going to do the job, but a price change occurred before the vehicle was in their possession. Decide to nix that mechanic and go back to the drawing board acquiring estimates for the job. By this point, I had already ordered and picked up my parts directly from the dealership so they would match my vehicle. All I needed was the labor to complete the repair. I was really intrigued that there was a Woman owned and operated auto shop in Houston, so I decided to reach back out to the shop about an estimate for labor. My inquiry was Friday afternoon, so I didn't expect to hear back until Monday. Liz, the Owner, however, was in contact with me in and out the entire weekend asking for pictures of the parts to ensure they were correct for the vehicle based on the VIN as well as making sure they didn't need to paint the handles. She gave me a range on the price for the labor, which I could understand because she never saw the vehicle before- only pictures of the damage. We did most of our communication on Monday which offerred a great opportunity for me to get the car fixed that afternoon since she had an opening. I honestly thought I may have to come back another day to get the job completed because EVERY OTHER BODY SHOP I SPOKE TO said I would have to drop the car off just to get an estimate. I did that with one Pearland body shop and received a quote of over a THOUSAND dollars just to fix some handles! They even stated the labor was high because the panels of the car had to be removed. Thanks to Youtube, II knew that was not the case and Liz the owner and my mechanic confirmed my research as she completed the work on the vehicle in less than an hour WITHOUT removing the inside panels. She worked fast and I was even able to see her work from the office which provides a chair or two inside for waiting customers. A/C is blizzard cold inside the waiting area, so bring a jacket. This is not your car dealership waiting room with tvs and refreshments, so bring your own, but Liz worked so fast I didn't need to indulge in either! Really friendly, sincere, and affordable service from Liz at LA Auto. I am so glad to not only have my car repaired (FINALLY, with the exception of one small part that the dealership gave me in error that doesnt affect the main fix) but I am so estatic to support a small business owned and operated by women. I am telling everyone I know about LA Auto if they ever need repairs on their vehicle. This place is a real gem and deserves to shine!
