Absolutely the worst place to rent a car or work! Sonya & Lisa are horrible managers! Sonya treats everyone like crap & is lazy to the point she can't even reach for her own pen. She will never reply when you ask for your schedule. Lisa is disrespectful, rude & the worst person to work with. She always has an attitude. She also yells at employees for simple mistakes like not giving a budget truck customer two receipts for a one way trip, using the restroom while after working for 3.5-4 hrs none stop & always trying to make the employee feel as if they never can do their job properly. Porscha is horrible as well! She's rude, demanding & likes to boss everyone around but when it's time for her to work she gives the customers disrespect, says rude things about them once they leave and to top it off just doesn't show any human decency towards anyone but Sonya. The worst experience I've ever had with that job. I was fired bc I wasn't scheduled and asked to come in on one of my days off. I decided I didn't want to go in and sleep that day. I didn't receive a call or text so I assumed I wasn't needed. The next day I try to go to work that Sunday, when I get there the building is locked up & no one's there two hours after the opening of the store. So I call Sonya 5-6x with no response and send about 5-10 text she finally replies and says "you didn't show up yesterday and did a no call no show so go home I got the store covered". I try to explain to her my side of the story she ignores my text/calls for the rest of the day. I go to work the next day that Monday that I'm actually scheduled. Lisa tells me "I didn't know you we're supposed to come in today.." I explain to her that I'm on the schedule. She tries to give me a lecture on how I missed Saturday and did a no call no show. (Which is totally uncalled for) I explained that I wasn't on the schedule I just asked if I could come in but changed my mind. She says "well me and Sonya talked, she said you aren't supposed to come in today". Mind you I live 20-25 min away I have no car and have to waste $13-$18 on just a single trip, So I ask her why didn't anyone text/call me if I wasn't scheduled And/or not supposed to come in? She doesn't give me a response so I call Sonya 4-5x still no response, then I proceed to text her about 8-9x and still no response. At this point I'm irritated and ask Lisa can she call sonya and figure out what's going on. Sonya answers the call first time when Lisa calls her so now I see that she's purposely ignoring me. (Which is unprofessional for one and for two she's the owner and manger if she took me off the schedule or put me on the schedule she's obligated to notify me.) so after Lisa gets off the phone she tells me sonya wants me to go home. So I spend another $13-$18 on a Lyft to get back home. I than proceeded to call/text sonya for three-four days straight no response. Than today she replies saying " You were scheduled to work Saturday you didn't show up. This was not the 1st time. I told you I covered the store this week and that I was unsure about what I was going to do with you. I do not appreciate your accusations nor your tone with me. This is too much. I'm going to have to let you go ". So she fired me bc my accusations & tone wasn't to her liking and It was too much. But she needs to under stand that I'm a grown man with bills and responsibilities, losing a weeks worth of pay is basically messing up my obligations. But it's okay I worked there for almost two months, to be blunt it was honestly the worst experience I've ever had. A bunch of drama-queens, rude old ladies and drug dealer employees. A guy name Danny sells drugs up there. So if you decide to visit this business please be weary of the situation. No wonder their store has am average review score in the 3 star range. I've witness multiple customers having verbal integrated andarguments with Porscha, Sonya doesn't bother to lift a finger and to top it off most of the cars have tons of issues from oil change lights eeto broken wiper blades to damage to the exterior of the vehicles. read more
