We got to the lot and 30 minutes later we left with with a check. No haggling went on, no back and forth, they made a fair offer straight away and we accepted. Definitely not a scam. - Impeccable customer service. I personally had the pleasure of doing business with Milo. He was very patient with me. Quick to get back with you. I actually believe that the staff genuinely cares about the quality of their vehicles and their customers needs & buying experience. -Your car will not have ANY problems. It's mainly a mechanic shop so they look over the car really well themselves. They replaced the smallest of things all the way down to the radio tune knob - who does that?? They will not let somebody drive off with a lemon, they insure their cars are in the best condition possible - mechanically and cosmetically. -You get the high end of private sell KBB price and the low end of dealer sell KBB price. To me, that is SO worth it when you're doing business with an honest reputable business. I live 2.5 hours away from ReDrive - so so SO worth it. I cannot stress enough how easy they made my car shopping experience. I didn't think I would ever trust a dealer. I didn't think finding a car could be as stress free as it was. Granted it's a used truck, it's got some scratches and some miles, but overall I think it's going to be as good as my other Dodge Ram 1500 which has +310,000 miles on it and is still going. It's been about a month and so far I'm happy with the purchase. Although we didn't look at the other used cars on their lot they all looked pretty nice. These guys are used car sales men, but they did go out of their way, stayed late and did not pressure me into buying.
