Renting online was fast and easy, and I even received a follow up call to check if I might want to choose a different vehicle. The associate who called me was friendly and professional. Thanks! Picked up the car the next day. It was clean, gassed up and ready when we arrived. Ty was the associate who helped familiarize us with the vehicle which was very different from what I am used to driving. He also helped us pair our maps app to the car to make it easy for us to navigate. He was super nice, patient and knowledgeable. Thanks, Ty! When we brought it back, Jazz welcomed us and sincerely asked how everything was with the vehicle. So friendly! Thanks, Jazz! And Matthew helped us with the return. I had a reservation for an insurance rental with Enterprise at the Warm Springs location on…read moreSeptember 28. Geico pays up to $35 per day for whatever car you reserve. The agent told me that they didn't have the vehicle that I had reserved. I waited 20 minutes and she then offered me a minivan. I live in Laughlin and that was not acceptable. I wanted a sedan. Minivans have no power and they suck the gas. Then she told me that insurance rentals weren't for any specific car class, and that I would have to pay more money for an upgrade. Wrong! I showed her boss my reservation for an Intermediate car (for less than $35 a day) and finally he agreed to give me the first car available. But this guy had a real attitude. He treated me like I was lucky to have Enterprise rather than he was lucky to have a customer. When I pointed to the Enterprise poster that said "As a Customer, You are Our Priority," he retorted, "Well, you're not the only one waiting." In the end, I had to wait FORTY MINUTES to retrieve my vehicle and this made me late for a client appointment. What I wanted to say was, "What kind of operation are you running here? You should request cars when you know that you will have an influx of reservations." This is not the 1st time that this has happened to me at an Enterprise location, and when it does, I NEVER return to that location.
