Renting online was fast and easy, and I even received a follow up call to check if I might want to choose a different vehicle. The associate who called me was friendly and professional. Thanks! Picked up the car the next day. It was clean, gassed up and ready when we arrived. Ty was the associate who helped familiarize us with the vehicle which was very different from what I am used to driving. He also helped us pair our maps app to the car to make it easy for us to navigate. He was super nice, patient and knowledgeable. Thanks, Ty! When we brought it back, Jazz welcomed us and sincerely asked how everything was with the vehicle. So friendly! Thanks, Jazz! And Matthew helped us with the return. BEWARE THIS PLACE IS A SCAM !!!…read more Rent here with extreme caution. I was given a car that was already in awful shape -- dirty, dented, scratched, and missing exterior plastic. I asked about it at pickup and was told all existing damage was documented. After returning the car, I was suddenly charged over $300 for supposed roof damage. When I called to ask about the charge, I was told maybe it was a deposit ??? yet the charge still went through. No one could clearly explain what I was being charged for, and I received conflicting answers from different employees. To make matters worse, Enterprise says they cannot provide before or after photos of the alleged damage because the car is no longer on site. Charging a customer hundreds of dollars with no proof and no clear explanation is unacceptable. This entire experience felt disorganized and ridiculous. I would not recommend this location or really this company in general after reading other reviews of people having similar experiences. This seems like a big scam.
