There was damage to the front of the car that was clearly the result of some type of collision, the inside smelled of cigarette smoke, and windshield was chipped and so filthy that I couldn't see out of it. I went back to the counter to request a different vehicle but was told they didn't have any available. One of the agents kindly offered to "treat it real quick", but after waiting for 20 minutes, I realized there really was nothing they could do that would make me feel good about driving the car. I went straight to another rental car agency and rented a pristine car for $300 less. I do not recommend using this Enterprise location.

I booked only two days before I picked it up because my SUV's compressor went out last minute. They were extremely friendly, professional, and went out of their way to clean up a recently turned in vehicle so I'd have something bigger to fit the family in. The process was quick, efficient, and stress free. Turning in was the same. Can't thank them enough! And kudos to their level of patience because as I waited for my vehicle to be cleaned I witnessed three different groups of people being rude, combative, and generally shitty to the men working behind the counter. But both gentlemen handled it with more patience and professionalism than I could. You've got a great staff here.

The staff is always friendly and laid back. They don't seem to have the high volume of other rent-a-car places so they can concentrate on each customer. This may be true for all Budget Truck rental places and a word of advise, if not absolutely…read morenecessary, avoid them like plague unless you want to be restless all the way until the reservation time (and you may or may not get a truck you reserved still). Couple of years ago, I rented a truck from them and had to make back n forth calls and eventually changed a location coz just like all previous reviewers said, you would most likely to find out when you call them that there was no truck for you at the location you reserved. You don't want that to happen on your moving day I suppose, so call ahead of time. The worst part is nobody answered he goddarn phone and if you miss their phone call that was it, you ain't gonna reach them ever. I had to talk to the regional inventory manager who first promised there would be a truck for me at the alternate location. Then the location called to tell me otherwise. Called back to get reassured and promised to be in contact next day. Got a vm again from the location with very contradicting info about the availability, and the inventory manager hang up on me and could never be reached that day. I was restless until the moment I went to the store (I was mentally prepped to be stood up but there were actually two trucks). To summarize, communication was extremely difficult, price was good. So I made a reservation for a 16' truck from Budget Truck Rental 2 weeks before renting. I had made…read moreall the necessary reservations, preparations, and hiring of help around having a truck from Budget. At 4:30 pm the day before the move (half an hour before they closed) I receive a call from the Budget truck location saying that they had no trucks from my reservation and the inventory manager would call me back. After waiting 2hrs, I decided that too much depended on the truck to rely on their "customer service". I was able to find a U-Haul truck 25 miles away at the last minute. I am glad I did! Because, the story is not over yet! I get a call at 7:30 am from the Budget inventory manager, saying that I had a truck waiting for me at another location. Note: My original pick-up time had been 6:00 am. I already had the U-Haul truck by that time, so I did not return the call. At 9:00 am I get a call from the second Budget Truck Rental location saying that, THEY did not have a truck either! It seems that the Inventory management in my area is not working efficiently. My final thought, If you are going to have an on-line reservation system, then not honor it. Take it down! Not honoring your commitments are equivalent to lying to your customers.
