Terrible customer service and absolutely no follow-up…read more I previously raised several concerns about my rental experience with Enterprise, including issues with the condition of the vehicle and other problems I encountered during the rental. I was specifically asked to contact Enterprise regarding my concerns, which I did. The most frustrating part is that after taking the time to submit my claims and provide the requested information, Enterprise never responded. Not an update, not an explanation, not even a basic acknowledgment that my concerns were being reviewed. It's incredibly disappointing to be told to reach out and then receive complete silence afterward. If a company asks a customer to contact them about a legitimate complaint, the least they can do is follow up. My experience has left me questioning how seriously Enterprise takes customer complaints once the rental is over. I expected better from a major rental car company. If customer service and accountability matter to you, I would think twice before renting from this location.

Luckily, this location is nearby the dealership. Someone came & picked me up from there. My first impressions were: wow, this is really small & I didn't notice many cars available. The staff is friendly, but I was not happy about handing over my credit card for a $25 "hold" fee. I guess this is more for incidentals. However, any fees / charges (with the exception of gas / mileage / extra insurance) was supposed to be handled through my insurance. The paperwork process was pretty quick. Sadly, the associate told me all they had to offer me was a mini-van. Really? I had expressed over the phone yesterday it was just me & I just needed a small car. Upon getting into the vehicle, the associate tells me, "oh, there's only a 3/8s of a tank of gas in here, so if you bring it back on empty, that's ok". Also, while the car was somewhat clean, it could have been cleaner. I was thankful he didn't pressure me with the extra insurance pitch. Taking the car back & "checking out" was a quick process. And yes, they took me back to the dealership to get my car.
