It's the only one I had problems with ever. I arrived to pickup my reservation that had been made a month in advance and they had no cars. No bother to try to reach out to me or anything. Jennifer was basically like whatever and didn't care that I was stranded. I'd never been treated so rudely by such a Budget location. I did file a complaint and their corporate office took care of the issue and provided resolution for me. It's such a shame that such useless employees and such a poorly ran location like this could impact the company's reputation. I hope they truly look into the issue and clean this location up. This airport already sucks, and the rental people certainly add to that.

When I returned that car I talked to a "person" at the Hertz counter, to try and get my $ back, who told me they dont answer the phone... and try a different customer service number and guess what NO ANSWER! I am never using Hertz again and telling everyone to stay clear!

Scott went above and beyond when I rented online & was in a Lyft over with my entire family to make sure a vehicle was ready. He called to tell me about a glitch, but that he had a solution. It was so nice to have a friendly voice saying don't worry I'll make sure I'm still here & will have something ready for you. We were blown away with the vehicle and the customer service. We will now be doing all of our rental cars through Enterprise because of Scott and his amazing service at Concord.

It sucked but wasn't worth waiting again for a different car. I was an hour late turning the car in to FLL and was charged $82 for the hour. Some of that hour was eaten up with a late start as i had to find (and pay for) air to fill the low right rear. I called the help line and they say the charge was legitimate.....ok. I am a regular with Avis which is the same company but this experience was not good.

They didn't offer any kind of compensation or even a discount considering this whole thing was their fault! TSA was a bit confusing as signage told you one thing and you were supposed to do another which was inconvenient but not a hassle. We also got through with some full size products that we had to throw away on the returning flight that wasn't flagged. It's about the same distance as CLT but for the ease I'd easily fly here again.

You won't get any fancy restaurants or bars here, but you'll get through TSA quickly and once you get through there are only two gates! No confusing terminals.. I am hoping they will expand flights to different locations besides Florida. The only con is the only fly out on certain days, but I recon that's why the fights are so cheap, so you make it work!
