I have now become a regular and Christian and Spencer are always friendly when I walk in, even if they're swamped. They always accommodate me when I ask them for certain prices on vehicles, so I don't get in trouble with my boss. I sadly, will be moving to Morganton by the end of the year, and I hope the next Enterprise, I encounter the same fantastic service that Christian and Spencer show me every time I walk in. They refer all issues to their website or app I tried to modify my reservation on both of them and was unable to do it and directed to contact customer support, who never answered. I lost my rental because my flight was delayed 6 hours and they were closed when I finally arrived. Enterprise was wonderful, got a car hassle free! When I returned that car I talked to a "person" at the Hertz counter, to try and get my $ back, who told me they dont answer the phone... and try a different customer service number and guess what NO ANSWER! I am never using Hertz again and telling everyone to stay clear!

Scott went above and beyond when I rented online & was in a Lyft over with my entire family to make sure a vehicle was ready. He called to tell me about a glitch, but that he had a solution. It was so nice to have a friendly voice saying don't worry I'll make sure I'm still here & will have something ready for you. We were blown away with the vehicle and the customer service. We will now be doing all of our rental cars through Enterprise because of Scott and his amazing service at Concord.

They have false advertising on there website . The manager admitted there are no BMW at all . They said because we booked through 3rd party they didn't have our number either . FYI if you book a luxury vehicle you will get a suburban or lower . How is that legal ? how can a company get away with false advertising? I ended up going to Budget and they gave us a luxury SUV as they treated us with respect . However, the flight back was a completely different story. About 20 minutes before landing, the flight became extremely uncomfortable, and I ended up getting sick and throwing up. It was the worst flying experience I've had. I'm not sure what caused it, but the flight was rough enough that it left me feeling miserable by the time we landed. Based on this experience, I would be very hesitant to fly this route again.

It sucked but wasn't worth waiting again for a different car. I was an hour late turning the car in to FLL and was charged $82 for the hour. Some of that hour was eaten up with a late start as i had to find (and pay for) air to fill the low right rear. I called the help line and they say the charge was legitimate.....ok. I am a regular with Avis which is the same company but this experience was not good.

I absolutely LOVE flying out of this airport! It's small, conveniently located, fairly quick to get…read morethrough, no fuss airport. You won't get any fancy restaurants or bars here, but you'll get through TSA quickly and once you get through there are only two gates! No confusing terminals.. I am hoping they will expand flights to different locations besides Florida. The only con is the only fly out on certain days, but I recon that's why the fights are so cheap, so you make it work! Staff is also very kind here.
