This is a very good place to rent a car very professional and friendly I would recommend you rent your car here and I will be coming back

Paid over $500 dollars online to reserve a vehicle and then arrived to be told they do not accept chime credit cards, the refund for my money will take 3-5 business days and when I asked about the option to use a debit card instead because they don't expect my credit card I was told that the location in the airport does not but the the location outside the airport (which closes at noon so tough luck if you have a late flight) does. The lady wasn't all that helpful and I would not recommend using this car rental service. It is a cheaper option but it isn't worth the save in money because they people are rude and they don't really help their clients. 0/10 read more

Without doubt the worst car rental experience I have ever had, reserved a car for Friday several days in advance and on the day of my rental they called and cancelled 20 minutes prior to my pickup time due to overbooking and a shortage of cars elsewhere. Avis overall may not be terrible but whatever you do stay away from the location on grant and 8th street in Odessa. Terribly managed. Only putting one star because I had too, the place is trash read more

Rude rude Rude . the lady working at the front desk. was rude..Rude... just be nice be courteous, but she had I don't care attitude

Lady is RUDE as all get out!! Wasn't even here, when we showed up... had to wait 15 mins for to return & then find out they don't offer driving service, when you drop off, to go pick up fixed car... had to pay for an Uber, on top of their high rental prices! Don't rent from here!! read more

These folks at the Odessa, Tx office were awesome! I had had a very bad experience with my insurance company's choice, Enterprise Car Rental, & was desperate to get a vehicle. I was a WALK IN & they treated me like I was their favorite customer! They called my insurance company & worked out a deal with them to get me into a car that very morning. Other people came in too while I was waiting & received the same awesome service. I got a vehicle, without an appointment or a Priority Pass in less than half the time that I spent at Enterprise & my insurance company has a contract with Enterprise & I had a Priority Pass! I really hope that my insurance company takes my advice & switches to Avis. I highly recommend these people, they are awesome! The office is on the corner of 8th St & Grant. read more

Returned a rental and realized my house keys were still in the car. I called the Avis less than an hour later when I got home and they said they already rented out the car I had. I told them my keys for my house and cars were in that rental and they said they couldn't help! The driver rented the car for a month! They have the info needed to contact them but refuse to help! This is beyond ridiculous and extremally unprofessional! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION!!!! read more

My daughter had the worst encounter with RUDE staff. This stressed out my family as we were excited for her to get here for a visit. Apparently the owner was the rude person and this infuriates me that he would be so mean and hateful to my adult daughter and my grandkids. I'm furious at the audacity of this rude man to take his anger out on my family...SHAME ON YOU and I expect an apology read more

Dirty cars are what they offer here. The tires were flat and as if we were not in the middle of a pandemic no one wore a mask. I doubt vehicles are disinfected here. I realize this is Texas and dirt is everywhere but do cars need to be moldy smelling inside. I would not recommend this place ever. I had to rent because this is where my company rented a car for me. Don't go here. Even after I asked them to wear a mask they still didn't care. Stay safe, stay healthy, stay away from this place. read more
