He always answers his phone, he will take care of anything you need and always gets right back to you, if you have a complaint about another tenant or an issue of any kind, Shane will do his best to handle it. If you have small children, there is a downside, they're expanding and the construction is noisy during the day. Also, this park is all dirt and rock, so no grass for your kids to play in and there are stray dogs that run around and will leave waste in your yard (which you will have to clean up yourself) They're dog friendly, they have waste bags for you to use on the side of the office, their prices are good for the area and the location is close to a lot of businesses that are convenient for you and your family.

Unbelievably rude manager. As a visitor to the property, I witnessed her obvious personal disdain…read morefor her maintenance in which she had no problem showing to paying tenants. Only saw her come out of office to find, berate and bully the maintenance personnel. The place was clean and well kept. Recently had a need for a limo in Midland for a client flying in. Nearly all of the Yelp options…read morewere suggestions for companies that seem to specialize in Prom type stuff, as I had a handful of options for stretch Hummers, or party stretch limos. Great if you're out with a bunch of friends having a good time, but not a viable choice for business folks. Moore's limo had a standard SUV so I sent an email late one evening. Within a few minutes I had a return email and a booked reservation. The driver was great. The owner was great. Communication was fantastic and the rate was very competitive. I wouldn't hesitate to use them if we come through the area again. When you're managing a private jet trip, ground transportation is a big deal. You can make the flight absolutely perfect and if the car isn't ready or the driver stinks than that's what your client will remember.

Would do 0 but don't have that…read more I would not recommend this RV park to anyone. The owner is never on-site, and the management is absolutely terrible. The place is littered with dog poop everywhere, making it unpleasant to walk around. There are abandoned RVs throughout the park, giving it a rundown and neglected feel. To make matters worse, people park in your designated spot without any consequences, and management allows others to move your personal property without permission. The so-called manager and co-owner are unprofessional and do nothing to maintain order. If you're looking for a safe, clean, and well-managed RV park, this is NOT the place for you.

The owner was extremely helpful and understanding of our changing situation. We were able to pay with our card, which is a huge plus for me. The spot is a caliche lot with plenty of parking. They have WiFi and you get your own router for a fifty dollar deposit. We had to reset it once a day, but we were able to stream Netflix just fine. As soon as we left, we got our deposit back. We would definitely stay here again.

We called and were met at the gate by Jeff and Joey. These guys are the best. They are honest, down to earth guys, and very friendly. I'm sharing my experience to help others make informed decisions…read more I rented a vehicle from Fastway Car Rental in Odessa, and the experience became extremely stressful and unprofessional. After following the instructions given by Trey regarding how to extend my rental--including dropping off the payment in their mailbox, which was the same process they approved the week before--Fastway suddenly changed their requirements without warning. Even though the payment was submitted on time and in full, the company removed the vehicle during the night without notifying us. Our personal items were still inside the car, and we still had the keys in our possession. This happened after they had already accepted our payment for the upcoming period. Communication from the company was inconsistent, threatening, and unhelpful. Policies were enforced differently than what was explained verbally, and instead of resolving the issue professionally, the situation escalated in a way no customer should ever have to deal with. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering renting from this company. The lack of consistency, poor communication, and unprofessional handling of the situation left me with no trust in their business practices. I cannot recommend Fastway Car Rental, and I advise others to be very careful if choosing to do business with them.
