One employee parked a vehicle vertically near the entry way towards the front of the main entrance. The vehicle was blocking other vehicles entry and exit way. After I struggled to park the car due to the White SUV refusing to move the vehicle, I proceeded to reverse & exit but the driver in the car stopped. He then began having a conversation with another employee casually while she leaned on the driver window with no intention to move out the way. She began yelling at me once I carefully backed up due to the other vehicle not moving and causing great difficulty. The employees began yelling aggressively at me. I explained to them I had to maneuver around them in order to exit due to them blocking the road. The staff here is blatantly rude, disrespectful and do not care about the customers or the company's partners. The rider was very uncomfortable after experiencing this incident. During that time, at least six different employees looked at the clipboard showing I was next in line. Each one set it back down, said they weren't handling exchanges, and walked away to the back office or outside without offering any help or letting another employee know I was waiting. When I was finally helped, I wasn't given any options for a replacement vehicle. The attitude I received felt like, "You get what you get." The lack of urgency, communication, and customer service was extremely frustrating, especially with so many employees on duty. I expected much better from Enterprise. Saying sorry does nothing when someone wastes time and money to get to the rental place and they deny your reservation. They "called their other location" to see if they had anything. How do you call 2-3 numbers in 30 seconds? You dont. The whole time they didnt get up off their asses but said we don't always answer because we're with customers or washing cars. Meanwhile Enterprise has a line out the f*cking door. Wonder why. Do they get a bonus for upselling? Then have an employee hacking up a lung while there are customers. Stay home if you're sick.
