Well what happen was my fiancée and I were at the dealership buying a car . Time was running out and i had to be at work soon so we went to Avis in Vville and made a reservation at drop of the day at 5.30pm the time being 4.50pm and the next day my fiancée showed up at 5.18pm next day Friday. Just deal with a headache . This female manager by the name of Alika or Anika that was there charged us 30$ on top of the 39.99 rental fee total of 70$ because he was #supposely an hr late and she even made a note online to not adjust the fee when corporate was called . And this location the additional hour goes from the time you rented the vehicle which my start of rental was 4.50 .. Which is a bunch of crap She is one of the worst managers we have ever dealt with ... When we asked for the manager she chewed us out by say IM THE MANAGER IN A HARSH TONE... And we asked for her name and just as bad of a tone she said its ANIKA DO YAL WANT ME TO SPELL IT OUT FOR U !!! Disgusting nasty attitude and absolutely GHETTO!! I would give 5negative stars to this place.

I visited this location twice this month and have experienced very horrible interactions…read more I work for Lyft/Uber and when I dropped off a rider at this location the staff was very unprofessional. One employee parked a vehicle vertically near the entry way towards the front of the main entrance. The vehicle was blocking other vehicles entry and exit way. After I struggled to park the car due to the White SUV refusing to move the vehicle, I proceeded to reverse & exit but the driver in the car stopped. He then began having a conversation with another employee casually while she leaned on the driver window with no intention to move out the way. She began yelling at me once I carefully backed up due to the other vehicle not moving and causing great difficulty. The employees began yelling aggressively at me. I explained to them I had to maneuver around them in order to exit due to them blocking the road. The staff here is blatantly rude, disrespectful and do not care about the customers or the company's partners. The rider was very uncomfortable after experiencing this incident. I will be reporting this to the regional manager and corporate for further assistance.

During that time, at least six different employees looked at the clipboard showing I was next in line. Each one set it back down, said they weren't handling exchanges, and walked away to the back office or outside without offering any help or letting another employee know I was waiting. When I was finally helped, I wasn't given any options for a replacement vehicle. The attitude I received felt like, "You get what you get." The lack of urgency, communication, and customer service was extremely frustrating, especially with so many employees on duty. I expected much better from Enterprise. This experience left me very disappointed, and I hope management addresses the lack of customer service and accountability at this location.
