During that time, at least six different employees looked at the clipboard showing I was next in line. Each one set it back down, said they weren't handling exchanges, and walked away to the back office or outside without offering any help or letting another employee know I was waiting. When I was finally helped, I wasn't given any options for a replacement vehicle. The attitude I received felt like, "You get what you get." The lack of urgency, communication, and customer service was extremely frustrating, especially with so many employees on duty. I expected much better from Enterprise. They picked me up and made me wait over an hour to be driven to LANCASTER to pick up another car. The sales rep said he would give me a discount and a free day but charged me the same exact price on paper. He also noted on the paperwork that I'd get 40$ more back after the rental. Then 2 months later still have no title, no registration, find out they have had it over a month, never called and the reason they had it was because they put themselves down as lien holders when I paid cash in full. They are warm friendly greet you upon arrival and if they are busy they make sure to let you know that they have acknowledged you and will be right with you. They go above and beyond to make sure that you're satisfied with your rental as well as knowing all the features such as the location of trunk and gas tank buttons, how much gas is in the vehicle, any special features that are particular to the vehicle you will be put in and a complete walk around to make sure the outside of the vehicle is safe as well as notating any issues that might be on the vehicle (pitting, dents, scratches, scrapes, etc.) not due to you the renter. Have had a couple of previous issues with smells in the vehicle such as a transference of body odor or possibly someone who smokes not in the vehicle but through their body odor transferring the smell into the car. Brought it to their attention and they were on it and it was fixed in no time. The employees go above and beyond to make sure you are completely satisfied and do everything possible to make sure your rental is top notch. Only drawback, no pick up from where are you are or drop off back to home, etc., from the rental agency. Other than that everything else is great! Prices are competitive if not better than area prices. It's no wonder they are always on low inventory or sold out completely. Get the app. It makes a world of difference in making your reservation not just by making sure there's a car available to you but also discounts for paying through the app versus walking in to the rental agency. AND don't forget if you are an AARP member there are discounts for that as well. Love this location and I'll spread the word. Thank you to everyone there and keep up the great work!
