They told me they would hold a $50 deposit over the phone, which was fine. When we went outside the attendant recommended coverage, stating insurance wouldn't cover it, and I agreed to one of their coverages. Over $200 was taken, and I questioned him saying I thought only $50 was taken out, that's what I was quoted. He said I would be getting this refunded once the car came back. He failed to tell me the EXTRA cost was almost $200 in extra coverage. Make sure you INQUIRE about the costs of their coverage, especially if you have insurance. They are not forthcoming. Don't let them swindle you. I also have rented from them many times and I have NEVER paid that much in extra fees for 2 days. I've rented for longer lengths of time and have only paid maybe 1/4 more of than in total.
