So if you just plan for that and show up ahead of time when you're not in a rush it's fine, we waited almost an hour to get our car, and they must have been out of the type we originally reserved because we got a free upgrade, so that was a nice surprise! The assistant manager Julio helped us and he was great and then at drop-off a man named Jake helped me and got me out of there super quick. Overall great experience!

He then points out two small rock dings in the window that I did not do. I showed him my before photos but they are so small you can't tell on before or after photos. He said he is charging an extra $100. I said no I would not pay as I did not do that damage. Two days later I check my credit card and he charged an additional $400. Don't you worry I will see you in small clams court. This location is downright criminals. Drive to another location that is not owned by crooks.

The free rides they provided me really were a HUGE help, and the office staff (I'm so sorry I can't remember names!) are super friendly and efficient. I was in a bind with an alternator that went out and, as with Lexus, the factory one was pretty pricey. Being honest, the lady on the phone told me they won't install anything other than OEM for something like an alternator when I told her I couldn't really afford it at that time and asked if they'd install a cheaper non-oem one. So she then did some more digging and was able to save a lot of money on an OEM she found but it wouldn't arrive until the next day and then they'd install it. I was so thankful. BUT THEN! She called a few hours later and said that the owner actually went out and found one locally and picked it up for me, it wasn't the cheaper price but they still honored the price AND my car was already done and ready to pick up! This saved me from having to arrange for a ride from and to work from Paradise the next day to pick up my car. Just outstanding customer service and great work. There's no pressure and they really really know what they're doing. I would take any car there they'd work on, not just Toyota/Lexus. My mother in law also has taken her Toyota there for over 15 years. I very highly recommend them.
