Makes sense. Yes you should have a credit card if you don't want a hold on your debit card. People seem to be nasty to staff because they don't understand the basics of renting a car. I prepaid online to save money, used my loyalty number with Budget and presented my drivers license and credit card. They were out of the class of car I booked, again out of their control, and put me in another car which was an upgrade. Awesome. Once we turned in the car Dave thoughtfully followed up with a quick call to get my email so he could send me a receipt. Great dervice. They also allow you to photograph any damage there may be on the car before you take it out of the parking lot and you can email pics for proof. So much better than going back inside. I recently moved here from NYC and there were two gentlemen that helped me with my rental needs…read moreover the course of about three weeks: Gadi and Jordan. I arrived before Thanksgiving and I was in a big Dodge van that I used to move a ton of crap from NY all the way to TX, so Gadi hooked me up by letting me turn in the van for a sedan. It actually worked out since customers were looking for vans during the holiday. After that I needed to renew my rental to a weekly rate, and it ended up being much cheaper! So I renewed a couple more times whilst I sorted my life out and Gadi and Jordan were always available to help either in person or by phone. Anything I needed, they were quick to help! Aside from that, the office is nice and clean and the area itself is nice. If I ever need to rent a vehicle I'll definitely use this location! If you are in need of a rental just stop by and ask for Gadi or Jordan and they will set you up!

When we called the number of the service we woke up the driver. It was white-knuckle experience from the get-go. Definitely will NOT call them AGAIN. I recently purchased my first vehicle through Enterprise Car Sales and I can not say enough about…read morethe high level of customer service I received. The sales reps that I worked with were Andrew and Chris, they were both phenomenal! The manager I was working with was Dennis, who was extremely friendly and down to earth. First: When coming in to look at the inventory they had, and determining which vehicle I wanted to purchase, they were very patient and accommodating as I took my time and changed my mind several times about which car I wanted. I had a free transfer of a vehicle, and ended up wanting a different one, they had no problem with that and immediately transferred the other vehicle to their location. Second: As this was my first time purchasing a vehicle, I did my due diligence and shopped around at other local dealers. None of the other dealers could compare to the quality of vehicles and level of care that Enterprise provided (yes I looked at Carmax.) They assured me that if there was something "wrong" with the vehicle or something that I didn't like, they would do everything in their power to help me. They even have a 7 day buyback guarantee. Third: Purchasing a vehicle is a very serious financial decision, therefore some amount of stress is anticipated to make sure you're purchasing a quality vehicle that will last for a long time. When I came in to sign the paper work it was about an hour before they closed. Being that my vehicle was transferred I took my time to inspect it and test drive it. The paperwork process is simple and easy, enterprise got me approved for an interest rate way lower than any other bank/dealership. I asked the sales rep and manager to verify many things for me, including towing capacity of the vehicle and tread depth of the tires, pretty much everything I could think of. They didn't hesitate to look into every single question I had, no matter how tedious or probably unreasonable of me. The sales rep and manager ended up staying about 2 hours late to help me out, but they took their time to go over everything in detail and I did not feel rushed at all! Andrew even came outside with us and offered to take a family picture of us with the bow on our new car! In conclusion, the stress of making a considerable financial decision like this is not easy (especially for a first time car buyer) but enterprise really went the extra mile to help me out. I felt like family the whole time I was there, they are all GREAT with kids and even have different toys/prizes for them, so don't feel discouraged about bringing them along! If you are considering purchasing a vehicle, DEFINITELY do so through Enterprise. My father also purchased a vehicle through them several months ago and has had no problems whatsoever. If you are considering purchasing through another dealership, talk to Enterprise first to see what they can do for you. Whether it's matching a trade in, getting a vehicle transferred from a different location, or getting financed at a good rate, they are the best place to go.
