One of the worst customer service experiences I've had…read more I reserved a premium specialty vehicle through Enterprise and showed up expecting the reservation to be honored. Instead, I was told the vehicle wasn't available and was only offered a downgraded replacement. What made the experience unacceptable was not just the lack of availability -- it was the way it was handled. Manager Gaby was rude, dismissive, and repeatedly blamed me for making the reservation the day before, as if that somehow made it my responsibility that Enterprise accepted and confirmed the booking. If customers are able to reserve and pay for a premium specialty vehicle, Enterprise should either honor that reservation or provide an equivalent or upgraded alternative -- not blame the customer for using the reservation system. There was no accountability, no attempt to make things right, and no effort to provide acceptable customer service. I left extremely disappointed and would think twice before booking with this location again.

This past weekend, I visited Miami Lakes Chevrolet to check out a Tahoe, but the experience was far…read morefrom smooth. The vehicle had a flat tire, a dead battery, no radiator fluid--and to top it off, the radiator cap broke when the salesperson tried to open it. While waiting for them to sort things out, I decided to explore other options and reached out to Enterprise Car Sales South Miami at 17720 S Dixie Hwy, Miami, FL 33157. I spoke with JC, who confirmed they had the Tahoe I'd seen online and assured me it would be ready for viewing. I left Miami Lakes Chevrolet and their scratched-up, poorly maintained Tahoe behind and headed straight to Enterprise. The moment I arrived, I saw the Tahoe--clean, polished, and ready to go. I knew instantly it was the one. Enterprise doesn't tack on unnecessary dealer fees, so the pricing was fair and transparent. After JC and Tara walked me through the numbers, I traded in my old Chevy Avalanche and got a deal I couldn't pass up. JC's professionalism was outstanding, and with Tara's help, the entire process felt more like a celebration than a transaction. Thank you both for making this such a great experience! Richard gave me a straight forward quote, which was better than any other ones. He, upfront, promised to pick up the car in 2 weeks; and he did. Unlike some other auto transport companies who I'd worked with, he never raised the price. He collected 10% after pickup and the rest to the driver at the time of delivery. The car was delivered without any damage one day earlier than the estimate. The only minor complain I have is that no one gave my contact number to the driver. So, he showed up at my door one day earlier without any advance notice. Luckily, I had the cashier's check ready to pay him.
