The vehicle had a flat tire, a dead battery, no radiator fluid--and to top it off, the radiator cap broke when the salesperson tried to open it. While waiting for them to sort things out, I decided to explore other options and reached out to Enterprise Car Sales South Miami at 17720 S Dixie Hwy, Miami, FL 33157. I spoke with JC, who confirmed they had the Tahoe I'd seen online and assured me it would be ready for viewing. I left Miami Lakes Chevrolet and their scratched-up, poorly maintained Tahoe behind and headed straight to Enterprise. The moment I arrived, I saw the Tahoe--clean, polished, and ready to go. I knew instantly it was the one. Enterprise doesn't tack on unnecessary dealer fees, so the pricing was fair and transparent. After JC and Tara walked me through the numbers, I traded in my old Chevy Avalanche and got a deal I couldn't pass up. JC's professionalism was outstanding, and with Tara's help, the entire process felt more like a celebration than a transaction. Thank you both for making this such a great experience! Yes gentlemen, after 15 days!! My torture began. The car's engine light came on! The car salesman told me that it was nothing important, he fixed it twice for the same reason. The third time he ignored the car, I went to talk directly to the ''owner'' who told me: you took the car out of here and I don't have it. nothing to do with him now. We are ending the year, I have had to change fluids, battery, filters, damaged sensors, and now it turns out that the transmission is damaged and that is why the light came on 15 days after purchasing!! They fooled me. I am an elderly person. Believe me, my experience can happen to you. Don't say it won't happen to me, I'll trust them. Because the real reason is that they don't care about you, they only care about selling cars in poor condition, fixing them up and selling them to you as if they had never had an accident. These people are Evil. My opinion is DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I received a call to schedule my appraisal within minutes of submitting my inquiry. The associate on the phone was extremely kind and knowledgeable. She was able to book me for a same day appointment. As soon as I arrived into the cutler bay location, I was greeted immediately. Omar quickly attended me and took my car out for a spin. They not only matched but exceeded my carvana offer. I brought my car back the following day and received a check on the spot! Took less than 24 hours start to finish! Exceptional service, very friendly staff! Fully transparent process. If you're looking to sell your car, autobuy is the only way!

Turns out they had access to my carmax and carvana's prior offers and wanted to work off of that instead of giving me a fair offer from scratch. Will never Recomend them, they wasted 30min of my time that I can't get back. They also purposely let my vehicle get boxed in so I would stay in the negotiating table with them thinking I couldn't leave. But they were wrong, It took every parking skill I had from when I was a valet parking guy to carefully maneuver my vehicle out of their lot on a rainy day. NEVER AGAIN!! They're absolutely the worst!! FYI Carvana would have been a good choice over these guys in retrospects. I have to think that the people Giving 4 & 5 stars either don't know when they are being taken advantage or friends & family members doing them a favor. Nevertheless I would pay attention to the lower star reviews if I where you, wish I would have.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Jim, who oversees the service department as the Director of Service, and to Josh, my service advisor, who have completely turned my sentiments around regarding Infiniti and the premium service they provide. The prior management did a very poor job, and I was so frustrated that I was ready to trade in my vehicle for another brand just to avoid dealing with their service department again. But Josh and Jim went above and beyond. They listened to all my concerns, made every effort to rectify any issues with the car, kept me in constant communication, and coordinated a convenient pickup and drop-off for my vehicle to fit my busy schedule. Their commitment to providing top-notch, premium customer service has completely changed my perspective. Moving forward, I would love to see Infiniti South Miami continue to provide this level of service to all their customers. If you've had issues with the service management before, please don't let that deter you--give this store another chance. Again, this is only for the service department.

I finally arrived and waited 5 minutes for someone to come greet me as they do in Braman Honda and no help... I was standing there for 2 minutes and an employee comes up to me and tells me that I should be outside because if not they won't know who is next in line. I politely tell him that an employee told me to come inside the building and he rudely tells me to go stand next to my car. When I am finally next to my car.... Five days after i…read morereceiving the delivery of my vehicle i noticed a maintenance reminder SERVICE AH EXCEEDED by 44 DAYS. So I contacted the sales representative Leo 08-25-25 to tell him I was disappointed to find a maintenance code AH exceeded by 44 days and H Greg Lux should have seen it. Leo then responded it was a used car, and I responded yes it used however i payed over $58,000. and a oil and filter change and fluid level check couldn't be performed before the final sale. Leo asked me to get a quote as to how much it will cost to perform the maintenance service. So I went to Mercedes of Pines got the service estimate, took a picture of it and foward it to Leo. Leo later returned my call saying he showed the quote to Richard and it was too much money. Leo offered that I could return to their Miami location where I bought the vehicle, but I said that might be difficult with my work schedule and the distance to their office. Leo then offered that I could go to a location in Hollywood to have the oil change performed. I almost drove to Hollywood, but I thought if H Greg Lux didn't perform the basic maintenance before the sale and delivery of the car will this other shop perform a quality maintenance on my vehicle. I choose to take it as a loss, because if this other shop didn't do a good job, now I will be angry with two companies. But I will be deducting a few star from the review. I alway say the true character of a company is not during the purchase process, but when or if you have a problem with the product how they respond. ( Well It's A Used Car )

In the next 24 hours I received almost 15 calls. Brother.... 15 calls of people that looked DESPERATE to just make me swallow anything that they had. I was actually concerned about those people like, they were DESPERATE to sell not in a healthy way. 2nd and 3rd call I was educated and told them the same thing that I told to the first lady and asked politely to stop calling. The effect of asking to stop calling was like I told them to call me every 5 minutes. I got so overflooded that I had to literally turn my phone off while I was on meetings. I don't appreciate that "pressure", buying a car is something that takes time, comparing, searching to get the best deal for you!
