Unfortunately they are extremely understaffed so when you go please make sure you have ample of time to waste in their waiting room. Today I had to wait over 45 mins to be acknowledged by the one person doing everything, from checking in, picking up cars, doing the walk thru , and probably cleaning the vehicles being returned. Finally a location with professionals, organization and customer service. Everything went well overall. Two small hiccups I called to reserve and told them I had a corporate code they told me to present at pick up. Get to pick up and they can't enter the code. I had to reserve on line which caused me a delay. I had to delay my return and called to confirm it was okay for the next day. I go to return and the location is closed. I go back the following day to return and inquire about what happen. I was told there is a drop box. No biggie has I was not charged for the extra day, but I was late to work. I couldn't use my sunpass because the tag was associated with another account...this will probably be a mess soon in delayed billing. Two days into my rental the check oil light came on. However, the direct service overall was excellent. I was able to get a mini van rental the weekend before Christmas within an hour of calling. When I arrived the car was ready for me. I was immediately greeted and three team members were working the desk and has they handled customers another team member from the back desk would come up front. A new manager was present but she seemed to not get in the way and be able to quickly and professionally problem solve. When I had to rebook with the corporate code they immediately responded to me when I put the new reservation in. My return once they were open was smooth. The employees were not horse-playing and they were getting things done both times I interacted with them. read more

By far the best rental experience i've ever hard. Thats saying quite a bit since I lived out of a suitcase for the better part of 2019-2020. Traveling city to city renting car after car. Most places aim to get you in and out as quick as possible and dont pay attention to details. In this location, Sebastian, the assistant branch manager, ensured that all my concerns where handled. Whether it was a scatch on the car, an item left behind, the courtesy shuttle back to my location. This Enterprise has it all. The only area of opportunity is the courtesy shuttle-Pickup. Both times I had to approach the shuttle, only to find out he was not there to pick me up, but still took me to get my rental. If you need a car and are near this location, you wont be dissapointed if you choose enterprise. read more

Most of the people here are polite and professional, however, they are seemingly overworked. At any given time, they could be working with 3-4 customers at once, so the customer service standards are lowered to get people in and out. I was lucky enough to be assisted by Manny. Well after my accident ordeal, I guess car rental was next. As much as I dislike the process-- you've gotta do what you've gotta do. This location has had excellent customer service both times I've been there. Not the biggest or best selection of car rentals but good customer service nonetheless. The rental deposit was $150 but since I only had $100 available, the manager took that as the deposit (yay!) The car itself was very clean, runs smoothly, and they always inspect the car with you to note any scratches/dents. PROS: Customer Service CONS: Time consuming and availability of cars. Scam artists. My family and I walked in to rent a car for a few days. Everything with our first encounter was okay, car ran fine, no issues throughout the rental period. Once we brought it back, they accused us of damaging the car.. The car was inspected before any signatures were made, noticing a few bumbs and scratches on the car. They assured us everything was looked over and accounted for. But that was a lie. Now we are battling these crooks to not be charged for a bumb that was there from the start. Even with photos and proof, we are arguing facts. Where was the original employee that helped us and gave us his word? No where to be found. Don't fall for these scammers. I had to use this place for a recent car repair. I had to go through the other person's insurance and this location is the one used by the car shop. Well...the process wasn't terrible. The employee helping me seemed new and was very nice. They only had 2 cars to choose from, which annoyed me since I'm being further inconvenienced for an accident that I didn't cause but I chose the one best suited for my kids' car seats. During the drop off process...awful. They had one person processing everyone on a SATURDAY. I realized later in the day that I had left my sunpass transponder in the vehicle and quickly called. The guy who answered told me that they would place it in the lost and found. Lost and found for something connected to a credit card...in Miami of all places. Not sure what genius thought that would be a good idea. Fast forward to trying to pick it up...surprise, no transponder. Thanks guys at Enterprise! Before you read this review from my experience with enterprise at the palmetto bay branch, I want to just say that I usually never write bad reviews nor do I usually have any complaints. What I had to go through on 03/23 at enterprise in palmetto bay was by far one of the worst most uncomfortable experiences for me. I am someone that has worked in management as well as customer service for over 6 years. I have never witnessed such unprofessionalism and lack of sympathy from someone that calls themselves a "manager". The fact that she even has that title is laughable to me. To start off, I had a death in the family that occured on 03/22 and I needed to be in Orlando by 03/23 where the majority of my family lives. Unfortunately, I did not have a vehicle at the time so I called Hertz (I have rented from hertz in the past and have never had a problem with them) and hertz sadly had no vehicles available at the time that I needed. So I ended up finding a vehicle online via enterprise rent-a-car. I made a reservation for 03/23 at 7:30 am and arrived at the location on time to pick up my vehicle. As soon as I entered the location, everything went downhill for me. For starters, the girl at the front, (who wasn't wearing a mask) I believe her name was Patricia, must have either just started working with the company or maybe she just lacks the ability to do her job well because she made continuous mistakes towards the beginning trying to find my reservation. She had me just standing around for about 10 minutes because she said the vehicle is being cleaned. After the 10 minutes of just standing around past, I went up to her and asked her very politely if I could pay already because I wanted to leave Miami at 8am on the dot. THIS PROCESS THAT I THOUGHT WOULD TAKE NO MORE THAN 20 MINUTES ENDED UP TAKING A WHOLE HOUR, WHICH DELAYED ME GETTING TO MY DESTINATION. Apparently, the card I wanted to use for payment could not be accepted. The girl Patricia kept saying to me that they don't accept my bank card which is Dade County Federal Credit Union. YOU NEED TO HAVE A DISCLAIMER ON YOUR WEBSITE THAT STATES THAT YOUR COMPANY DOES NOT ACCEPT PAYMENT FROM THAT BANK. We live in Miami Fl, and a lot of residents in Miami use that bank. Unfortunately, in my case, this was the only form of payment I had, and since there was nothing on the website that mentioned that my card was not accepted, I didn't know what else to do and began to panic. Patricia said I needed to provide another form of payment so I went outside to ask my partner if I could use his credit card. By this time, it was already about to be 8am. Patricia ran outside and told me that If I am to use another person's credit card that its their name that has to be on the contract. I provided Patricia with my discover card which declined because like I said in the beginning, MY DEBIT CARD WAS THE CARD I WAS ORIGINALLY SUPPOSED TO USE. If this wasn't an emergency situation. I would have given up and went to a different rental car company. But due to the severity of my situation, I needed to be in Orlando that day. So the situation gets worse, it's already past 8 and I contact discover to see how they can help me with my credit card. The manager with Discover was much more helpful than your employees at enterprise. The discover manager stated that she can speak to the manager at enterprise and give her a code to override the decline on the card. Patricia then told me that they don't do that there. The discovery manager mentioned other options but Patricia didnt do anything at all but stand there watching me freak out due to the amounts of stress I was experiencing. She didn't seem to care at all. I stated to Patricia that she has done nothing to help me, that what can she do to help in this situation and she just stood there very monotone saying that they need another form of payment. I started to get angry, not at the fact that my card isn't working, but at the fact that Patricia started to give me an attitude which is definitely something I did not deserve since I don't feel I was nasty to her at all. The worst part was that I was literally in tears due to the recent death in my family and this experience just made me feel a thousand times worse. When my card finally was able to work (it was now about 8:30 am, a whole hour passed) Patricia pretty much hands me the ipad to sign with such an attitude, rolling her eyes, and she made it seem like she just wanted me out of there. I told Patricia that this is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with and instead of saying a simple "i'm sorry." She just stood there. As if this couldn't get any worse, I realized that Patricia's manager was a lady sitting down stuffing her face with Starbucks while this whole thing was happening. I WANT TO KNOW HOW THIS LADY THAT CALLED HERSELF A "MANAGER" SEES A CUSTOMER CRYING AND THAT I AM CONTINUOUSLY ASKING WHAT CAN BE DONE TO HELP ME IN THIS SITUATION CHOOSES TO SIT AND WATCH read more

Not very pleased with the experience here- below the service standard you would expect from Enterprise. I had the idea of renting a more fuel efficient car for the day than my escalade. I had a business trip that required I go to Orlando and back the same day, and I figured I would come out ahead for just $30 to rent and $30 in gas. One customer in front of me, so they asked that I have a seat. Waiting, waiting, waiting. First customer gets served and given a car. Waiting, waiting. I overheard them say to each other that the server was down and that they had to do everything manually. Might be nice to let the customers know that- I'm sure we will understand. It was pouring down rain, so they brought the cars in the garage for myself and another patron, but they parked his in front of the only exit. I had to wait for them to finish his paperwork before I could leave. Didn't help that when he got in, he fumbled with something for a few minutes. I finally honked, and finally an employee that had been sitting in the garage watching the whole thing asked him to move. It took 45 minutes to get out the door. Once on the road, the car was missing the cushion to the armrest, so it was either sharp plastic or no arm support. Even worse, they only filled the tank up halfway, so I had to pull over and fill up. I had to push my meeting back another hour. Returned the car after they were closed that night (probably would have gotten it back before then if it weren't for the above problems). No key drop, so I had to come back the next day. Again, I was asked to take a seat. Ten minutes later I was told I could just give them the key. Why was I waiting then? read more

I'm very impressed at the service here! We were staying in the area for 2 nights and needed a car. We called the 1-800 number at 9am and they connected us with this office. We were able to secure a car, and they were willing to pick us up and drive us over within 30 minutes. The staff there was incredibly friendly, and joked around. They were polite and professional. We were upgraded to the next class size and were given a few extras free, which was incredibly generous. This establishment does a stand-up job, and if I was in the area again, I'd be more than happy to return here. read more

Everyone was great at this location. I would love to give 5 stars. Unfortunately, my experience with the Roadside Assistance (just a middle person calling AAA) was very disappointing. I missed an entire wedding because they wanted me to stay by the car for over 2 hours to wait for a tow truck. The rep finally said that I could leave and go pick up another car at the airport. Then they called me and said the car was missing, and I am responsible for the theft. Then an hour later it was found where I parked it. They should pick you up instead of making you catch a ride or get a cab to the airport when they are towing their vehicle. Then when I got to the airport (HELLLLLLLL) the female manager in the booth was sooo rude and nasty. FYI, none of the insurance covers loss of keys. Emergency Roadside Assistance is a rip off. Again, the staff at 16011 South Dixie Hwy Miami, FL 33157 were absolutely awesome. The only reason I would consider renting with Enterprise again. read more

Extremely disappointed with our interactions with Laura. First car provided had engine light on, had to return for another. When signing contract, we stated we did NOT need additional insurance so we were told to initial contract - did not read, but what we were initialing was to ACCEPT insurance charges. When we returned car to Tampa airport, checkin attendant advised we had been charged double for one way rental and was kind enough to reverse the charges, including the insurance when we told him what had happened. We have never encountered such poor treatment from Enterprise in other areas, but if in Homestead, we will never use them again. read more

I recently rented a car from here and everything was great, best enterprise experience I've ever had. I go a few days later to rent a car again, terrible. My reservation was at 9am, they said they could send a car between 9am-9:30am. I had to be to work by 10am. I ended up having to take a Lyft there cause I couldn't wait any longer. I get there, they tell me my car isn't ready cause it was being cleaned so I told them it's ok just give me a dirty car cause I'm going to be late for work. They then upgraded my car but charged me $10 more a day. Then he tells me I can't use my girlfriend's credit card even though she's with me, it must be the name on file, then I tried to use my debit card but because I recently moved I haven't updated my license so the address on my license doesn't match my utility bill. The guy was being helpful trying to find a way, but in the end I was not able to rent a car, I was late for work and I wasted money on a lyft going up there in the first place. So first off when I came to pick up my rental I was told to right my name on a paper and have a seat. So I did. And sat patiently as people walking in the door were helped while I sat and waited... Patiently. After about an hour Linda finally called my name and asked for a reservation number which I didn't know I needed, first time accident with a rental and they just took my car and picked me up, I then called the collision center and he asked me to wait. After about another hour he calls Linda and she is again assisting other customers and ignoring the one that had been there since 9am (me). The collision center still did not have a response and decided to call me and give me the number. I then waited another 30 min and she finally assisted me. She gave me a Nissan Sentra that though newer than my 06 Altima that was getting fixed it was a lower model. Like I would've preferred my own car but had no choice as it was getting fixed. So after about another hour Ricky brings me to this Sentra and has me fill out some paper for insurance though I already carry my own (of course they want there money) anywho this Sentra was filthy there was a French fry by the seat belt, a frappuccino wrapper in the trunk and a broke balloon in the back seat. Next time my insurance offers me a rental I'll be sure to take the cash! They don't even deserve the one star! read more
