Coming from WA we had prebooked our car online. When we arrived the staff member was incredibly rude and dismissive. The car was dirty, had scratches and dents all over it. Staff member just told me 'oh well, just mark it down'... I decided to cancel the booking and she asked me why... when I told her that it was because I was unhappy with the service and quality she just shrugged her shoulders.
Needless to say we went next door to Hertz and the service was exemplary and the car immaculate.
