I left a deposit to keep car from being sold. I drove 45 mins to get this car. local dealers to me no where near as helpful. I have nothing to do with Norris motor group but when you read some low reviews below it seems to be due to the customers fault, as a business owner myself. please rate a business fairly, if you don't leave a deposit why would it be held for you. try ordering freight from down south, what used to take days does take weeks to get now and you are not the only customer they are serving. calling everyday to chase a part up wont make it arrive quicker. lets keep family businesses going like this, trust me when you only have big players in the market prices go up. just look at fuel prices.

We were sold an unroadworthy vehicle (yes, they do their own roadworthies) and now can't get rid of it as it is listed on the PPSR register. These dodgy bastards didn't do that though- they pissed off the wrong person and they listed ALL the vehicles that were on the lot. Thanks to whom ever did that - you haven't affected these dogdy bastards at all, but I now have a piece of shit I can't get rid of. Thanks heaps.

Ignorance is a different story as it is a form of admission of guilt with high hopes of the grieving party going away and giving up on their expectations . Well let me explain my grievance .! It all started in November when I have booked my wife's Renault Megane for a second diagnosis of the very squeaky front shock absorbers after the first time they where not replaced but lubed . This time I was told by the Service Advisor I will not name that they are faulty and a replacement was approved by Renault Australia under warranty . Unfortunately due to high service bookings I had to wait over a month till the 23d Of December . I have brought the car in and have taken an Uber back home . Around twenty past 3 I was called to hurry and pick up my completed vehicle as they where closing early. Again I took another Uber and went to pick up the vehicle . As soon as I started driving I was disappointed as the noise was still there but on a much smaller scale . I decided to monitor the car over Christmas and unfortunately my disappointment was justified as the noise went back to original pre service levels. That has brought me to conclusion that they did exactly the same thing like the first time .....patched it up by lubing it . This time it lasted a day before it was noticeable and it is highly plausible that they didn't install a new shock absorber assembly or the spare parts department gave them a faulty kit ...I wonder which one happened..? Anyway when I picked up the car I was told that the zero invoice wasn't there so when I emailed my complaint to the service manager explaining my grievance I was emailed a short letter by the Service advisor where i was told that the invoice is in the attachment and they have changed the shock absorber under warranty ..!! No solution was offered apart from the usual email fraise of don't hesitate to contact me if any help is needed . I did straight away asking for a speedy booking and rectification of my vehicle problem as obviously wasn't fixed....Unfortunately no reply solution was offered and it is very unfortunate to experience the bad car industry integrity issues I have listened about while working in the industry.....now for myself !!! Shame

The crew there now, are amazing and I cannot fault them. They listen, are respectful, patient and are thinkers that solve.Why did I go back after bad dealings? A warranty item that Mt Gravatt were sorting couldn't be fixed as they closed and Windsor was only close dealer. I had a cooling off period because I bought a demonstrator and wanted to make use of this time to confirm some basics things that I forgot to confirm during the deal - stuff like, has the car been serviced, will it be serviced if it missed services - how will this affect the warranty, can I buy the tint and have this applied prior to delivery. They refused to speak to me because they didn't want me to give me a reason to pull out of the deal (not that I planned to) - typical car sales technique. So I decided to use my statutory rights and cancel the deal because noone would speak to me. That is when the fun began! The sales manager called me up and abused me, told me they would change the time stamp on my email so that it was no longer within the 24 hour period, advised they would keep my deposit and if I wanted it I would need to take them to court. It was an absolutely horrible experience when buying a new car is meant to be exciting! Out of fear of losing my deposit I stuck with the deal. When picking up my car they applied a WestPoint sticker to it, even though I has asked them not to! So I peeled it off while it was still fresh before I drove away. The sales manager came over to me and told me how rude I was for doing that. WTF... it was my car and I specifically asked them not to apply their branding and they did anyway! After getting the car, of course it had not received a single service despite having a few thousand KMs on the clock and despite the Nissan service centre being attached! They did rectify that and stamped the logbook. The service people and the bus driver were great, it is just the sales people that made this such an awful experience. More recently I bought a new car through Alfa Salters. Unfortunately Salters was acquired by WestPoint and I got my car serviced through them. The Alfa service was horrid. I was charged $200 more for a logbook service than was quoted over the phone. And they advised me that I did not have a suspension issue when I clearly did. I told them this was not right as I can feel the suspension issue and also hear it when going over bumps, they said I could bring the car in again but if they 'found nothing 'again they would charge me for the check. Today I took my car to EuroMarque in the Valley, they checked out my car and new suspension parts are being flown in from Melbourne because they found a very obvious problem. They even washed my car and treated me like a valued customer. I don't care that this service centre is further away from home, I'll never deal with WestPoint again.

We dealt with a young gentleman named Michael who made everything so easy to understand and was more than happy to give us time to discuss issues or problems that we might've had. Even if we didn't want the car he was more than happy to give us a test drive and find us the proper person to help us with getting information about a possible trade in.
