New roof and a great roof over the 20 x 25 patio about three years ago. Mark Gilliday was our estimator and our project manager. On site most every day and the days he wasn't he called to let me know - plus I know enough about construction and code to be comfortable if he had to step away for a bit. When he initially bid he even put the CAD drawing out for us (ha even put in a shade line so we could see how it would fall). Made a GREAT suggestion on the roof line to add light and visibility. They were not the cheapest, but not high by much. Close enough to run with someone I felt comfortable with. We first used them before closing on our house for repairs on the Juliet Balcony. The balcony was slanted towards the house rather than away, flowing water towards the house instead of away - damaging the door frame, floor outside the door and the ceiling below. Our realtor actually found Distinctive Roofing thanks to great reviews and we happy to see that once fixed there's been no signs of leaking since. A few weeks after move in our ceiling started leaking following the snow and ice and we immediately contacted Wes. We had to wait about a week as storms continued, but once repairs started it took about half a day. Wes was responsive throughout the process.
