A day before gallery submissions were due, I decided I wanted to try and enter a piece. Unfortunately, it wasn't framed, and I thought there was no way I could find a place to get it done with such short notice. It was a bit of an odd size, 14 x 18, so finding a pre-made frame would have been difficult. Without having much hope, I called up this store, and the owner said that if I picked wood he had in stock, he could get it done. I dropped it off Friday morning; he was incredibly helpful in picking out a frame. By Friday at 1:00 I got a call that it was done! He didn't even charge extra for the quick turnaround. The frame looked absolutely beautiful and was worth the cost. Frames are expensive (in general), but he had a good selection with an array of prices. There is also a very nice selection of small, pre-made frames. The owner helped me pick out a frame for another piece and once again, he picked a gorgeous frame. The only thing to note: if you have a piece where the artwork comes close to the edges (I have a bad habit of painting too close to the edges), take time to see if a frame will overlap too much. I didn't think much about it and an important part of my painting ended up getting cut off. My own fault for painting too close to the edges - just something to keep in mind. read more

I've been a customer at this shop for two decades now. Ken and Jackie were AMAZING in their care, their eye for design, and their collaboration with me as a customer (and my specific needs). Ahmad is no exception! Having been with them for years, the shop is now in his very capable hands. He's personally worked on several projects for me and produced INCREDIBLE results; results that prompt commentary from friends and relatives when they visit (commentary usually beginning with "Wow!"). While the name of the shop may have changed, it's remains the best frame shop you'll find. There isn't a room in my home where their work isn't represented, and I'll be back for more. You won't be disappointed. On the contrary, you'll be more than impressed and happy you trusted them. While Ken and Jackie have embarked on a very well-earned and deserved retirement, they took the same care in transitioning the business to Ahmad and have built something that will deliver the same care, quality and craftsmanship for another generation. I took two items over to be framed. One was a watercolor painting that we bought as a memento of a trip to Europe. Another was my poster for the Seattle marathon. The owner was really helpful in picking out frames that looked good. It wasn't cheap, but he did a great job. The only complaint I had was that they forgot to call me when it was done. They said it would be 2 weeks. After a month or so, I remembered that I had left them there. I called in and they were done. Not sure what happened. Whatever... he didn't make me pay for anything until it was done anyway. He had a good line that he gave me - "Let me earn my money." read more

I love this frame shop. I came here because my usual frame shop (Lets Frame It in Waldwick NJ) didn't have floater frames which I needed. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and honest. Service is exceptional. They even wrapped my framed art in plastic/paper and offered to carry it over to my car. Great experience and I plan to get all my art framed here! Side note - I found the service at Lets Frame It in Waldwick very poor. Staff unfriendly and I had a huge piece of expensive art framed there that they didn't even wrap in paper or plastic. read more

I came with my daughter's to frame some home made art. Amazingly friendly and helpful service. So patient as my girls picked out thousands of frame colors. I don't know much about framing, but the final product looks beautiful on our walls and the price was reasonable. read more
