From there, the quote was sent immediately and, upon acceptance, the install was scheduled for the very next morning (rather important for a heating problem in mid-winter.). I spoke with the same person who had originally scheduled the appointment, but there was no acknowledgment that the appointment had been entered for the wrong day and no apology. I was told they understood that the situation was frustrating, but that felt very different from taking responsibility for the mistake. I understand that scheduling errors happen. What mattered to me was how the error was handled once it was discovered, and unfortunately the response did not give me confidence in scheduling another appointment.

He figured out that the mother board had overheated and fried so he ordered us a new one and came back with his team a few days later to install it. It turned on right away and the problem was fixed.
