I found in yelp and took a shot with this company; very glad I did. I have used a lot bigger company at our old condo, but wanted to try out something different in our new downtown condo. They were quick to respond, answered all my questions, and solved our issue quickly. They even respond at night, when I'm off work to take questions or schedule an appointment via text, which I prefer. We even get a 2 man team. They are courteous and professional... and good people. I just moved into the house and no signs of pest problems and I wanted to keep it that way. I called several companies. Jonathan was very responsive and showed up the next day to give me his recommendations. Less than a week later they came to do the work. Michael was the technician who arrived and just as personable as Jonathan. There was a chance of rain so he suggested coming back to do the outside work. We had a super rainy day on the first day of application so I think that is what caused us to have to request a follow up due to still seeing critters but they were super accommodating in making sure we were taken care of. We appreciate the prompt service and communication very much. read more

I had a really bad roach problem and they came in and took care of it for me. The first time they sprayed wasn't enough to kill them because it was so bad. However they came back a week later at no charge and sprayed again. The second time around kill them all for sure and they have been gone for weeks now. I was the impressed with the quality of their work and how quickly they showed up and fixed the problem. I also liked their customer service. I would definitely recommend them. read more

If they do show up, they don't finish the job when they say they will. You end up calling them multiple times to finish what they started, and they never come back to complete the work. Trapline is the exception to that rule. I made contact with them, they showed up as promised, and did all the work they said they would. They got rid of some very destructive raccoons for me and repaired my soffits. They gave me a quote and a handshake, and they delivered on all of it in a very tight time schedule. I never had to call them back. They did the work they promised completely without any prompting from me. That is rare in this day and age. If you are in the Orlando area and have critters driving you crazy call Trapline and let them take care of it for you. You guys deserve the five stars, you earned it. I will post this review here, there, and everywhere--and by everywhere, I mean Facebook.

Daniel Melendez is qualified, certified and quick to respond! Our mold saga has been long and tedious. My medical testing indicated mold, but two previous inspections were unable to find it in the house. Enter Daniel! Within approximatedly 5 hours, he was able to locate the mold, identify it, photograph it, take test samples, and point us towards the next step in dealing with it. Within approximately 48 hours, Daniel had provided a 23-page report that was comprehensive, yet understandable by lay people such as ourselves. We were able to quickly send this report to the additional professionals we need to address this problem, including: our insurance company, a professional remediator familiar with mold corrections, an experienced HVAC contact, and a public adjuster -- in case our insurance company balks at paying this claim. We have found Daniel to be prompt, neat, courteous and personable. He is an excellent communicator and quickly responds to our eternal questions. He is also calm, cheerful and patient with freaked out people! When dealing with situations that can affect your physical wellbeing, my advice is to always stick with the professionals. Michael is a great technician. He is so thorough and considerate. He dusted the entire outside of the house for webs and bugs. I have had a problem for years with german roaches in my home. No treatments or sprays even made a dent in my problem. The roaches became a burden my family become tired of. After reading so many reviews on Avast Pest Control, I contacted Jonathan. We decided to go with the fogging treatment of my home. This treatment is NO JOKE.
