Man, I wish I looked up reviews before placing an order but was in a pinch for time. I will give them kudos on delivery as it was on time. However what was received was no where near what I ordered. For the cost (~$100), you'd think it would be a bit closer to what's advertised. There's nothing 'pastel' about what was delivered Flowers are nice either way but am a bit disappointed in the discrepancy. read more

When I saw the almost $30 service fee that suddenly popped up on my order, I decided to look up their reviews. Glad I did - nothing but bad reviews. So adding another one for obvious ripoff pricing, though I can't say much about the product .... Also, looking up the address, this isn't really a florist. Probably a call center taking your order, keeping half your money as commission, and sending the other half to some poor local shop who's then stuck making something nice for too little money. Or not. read more

This is the WORST flower delivery company I have ever used! My flowers were delivered from 5 states away carried in a box in a truck in 100 degree heat for 4 days. It arrived rotted and spoiled and smelling awful! My loved one recieving it was shocked! I was too when I saw the pix! Whats worse they only offered 10$ back from a 85$ order. NO WAY. i hung up the call! read more

Worst floral experience ever!!! The flowers were not delivered, and I had to spend hours trying to get help through their phone system, to no avail. I got the runaround from even different customer service reps, all promising that I would be receiving a call back within a few minutes. Total lies!!! Also, they disguised themselves as a local florist in the area I was trying to have flowers delivered. Total scam!!! read more

I ordered a standing funeral basket for a dear family friend, in Caldwell Tx. I am enclosing a picture of what I ordered and a picture of what was delivered. Needless to say I was not satisfied with delivery. Here's the problem most people don't hold internet companies accountable for their service. So more people get taken advantage of. I have seen better grocery store arrangements for half the price. Please use caution when ordering from this company. read more

same as everyone else. Placed an order for 09/11/26 before 2 pm. day before I get an email that says "in order to fulfill your request, we have more questions about your order. Please call 877-bla-blah. Well you can call the number all you want, there is no real person there. All you can do is schedule a call back. now all day waiting for this call back, now its 3 pm, day of delivery and no delivery. Avas Flowers is not a company I would recommend anyone to work with. They completely mishandled my order and, in hindsight, the agent was misleading. I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered on Sunday morning August 30th to celebrate my daughters new home. I told the representative that she would not be at home on Saturday and the weather was very hot so I did not want the flowers left outside. I notified my daughter to be around on Sunday morning. Anyway I was guaranteed that the delivery would happen on Sunday morning. I got a notice on Saturday August 29th at noon that the delivery was made. Of course NO one was there and the temperature outside was 105 degrees. By the time my daughter got back to her property the flowers were completely burned and unusable. Starting on Saturday August 29th, I attempted 15 times to reach a representative at Avasa Flowers. I was lied to, put on hold, and basically ran around ALL afternoon. This company is a complete rip-off and should not be allowed to operate. read more

DO NOT use this florist. They will lie and rip you off! I ordered a medium peace lily for $70. What ended up being delivered was nothing more than a $5 plant looking like it came from the dollar tree. I called and I have sent them an email, and I've received no call back or email. They told me their Lily's were blooming. What a pathetic crooked company. read more

Not only did this florist tried to pull a bait and switch- the floral arrangement was horrible as compared to what I ordered. I have called about 4 times, and finally gave me a 20 usd refund... it should've been the full amount! This is a scam!!!!! Don't fall for it! I ordered two matching $200 pink and white sprays to be displayed on easels for my mother-in-laws funeral. What they provided was so far from our order it's not even funny. They delivered a bouquet of all white flowers in a short little basket and a red and yellow wreath. The basket, having to be on the ground, defeated the purpose of the order, and the yellow and red did not match anything else. On top of that, their customer service system feels purposefully difficult. It's takes 5-10 minutes to just get through the options and on two separate occasions the call either got disconnected or they just flat out hung up on me. I will NEVER use this deceptive company again and neither should you. read more

This is a horrible horrible place! Do not use ! DO NOT!! We ordered a wreath for a funeral days ahead of time . It DID NOT arrive at all ! No confirmation no pictures nothing as promised . This is not LOCAL they outsource everything and have NO ANSWERS when you call ! Just an off shore conversation with apologies and promises to call back . This is horrible and we feel SCAMMED and embarrassed that our floral arrangement was not represented at a loved one's funeral service. You can improve by not representing as a local service and not RIPPING consumers off . Just WOW and WTF! A big ZERO to you family owned ??? Really ??!!!! A total rip-off. I thought I was calling the store. Instead I got a call center. I read it's better to place an order to the store directly. However this store has no direct sales so you get horrible service. They wouldn't send me a picture of the flowers till after I orders but assured me they were big and beautiful. After purchasing I discovered the flowers were subpar and the reason they were so expensive was a $33 service fee. I tried to have the order bumped up to a more expensive looking one and I was told customer service would call to upgrade the order. They never did and I couldn't get in touch with them. This company is an absolute joke. In hindsight I should have done a little homework on them first as now that I see the reviews would have never ordered from them. Half of the dozen roses I ordered for my friends birthday were either dead or wilted. Ordered them in a vase, didn't get the vase but still got charged for it. Message on the card was a bunch of run-on sentences with literally zero punctuation. Customer service is a joke as well. Their website just takes you in a loop. I eventually called them and when I finally got through they gave me a whopping $35 refund on my $110 order. But at least I could barely understand the rep! /s. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a florist. the order was delivered on the wrong day, at 9:30 pm. It was nothing like the picture on the website, it was horrendously ugly. Missing the greeting card I paid for. Has a service fee that is double the delivery fee. I really wish I had just ordered from one of my local flower shop. I was misled by their sale. Anyway I just ate the cost, the price of being a procrastinator. When I called to get my greeting card refunded it took nearly 15 min. Mind you this was already a call back. The person I was chatting with had to get permission to refund my card. But they only refunded the $4.99 not the tax. At this point I just chalk it all up to lesson learned. read more

DO NOT RECOMMEND! At this point this site is JUST A SCAM! I ordered a birthday bouquet of 18 Balloons. 12 Mylar and 6 Latex. I placed the order on 4/21/26 for a 4/24/26 delivery before 2pm. The balloons were for a birthday, and I needed them THAT day. Needless to say, the never came! When I tried to call the company I can get absolutely NO ONE on the phone. It sends you through an automated system that doesn't list the problem and it keeps redirecting you to use the chat bot on the website. Problem with that is, the chat bot sends you back to the same 1 million customer service links that don't actually help. They rescheduled my delivery for the 27th When I no longer needed the balloons! I refused them when they arrived. The only person I actually spoke with was the delivery driver, who also could not get a LIVE PERSON on the phone. My order cost $139. 35 and I STILL want a refund! AT THE VERY LEAST store credit!! First, they didn't have the flowers I originally ordered, and asked me to pick another bouquet. The bouquet I chose were red, yellow, orange and white roses. However, what showed up were purple roses with silver GLITTER all over. It was so obnoxious and horrible looking.
