However there is no mention of gluten or gluten free on the menu. Maybe this is related to the tightening of Australian rules into "gluten friendly" rather than gluten free. Since their specialty is hot sandwiches, I'm up in the air on the gluten front. If they will allow choosing from the sides and extras menu, that would be perfect.
