When we first moved my father in law in, It was a breath of fresh air compared to Brookdale. But within a short time, they changed the manager. She was nice, but things definitely went downhill. He was getting neglected. He can get obstinate, so they usually decided it was easier to leave him in his room all day. If he was sleeping in his chair, they'd leave a plate of food on a side table.
