I called in with a couple questions about shipping times and ordered online, but then called back when I realized that I forgot to order my stainless lines. I don't remember the name of the guy who helped me but he was really nice, and offered to place the order for me to make sure I got it the next day alongside my pads (since my caliper order was placed about 2 hours prior and had already shipped at this point). He offered me useful advice about brake fluid (sometimes one bottle isn't quite enough apparently, so it may be a good idea to have a second on hand) which was much appreciated. He also gave me some brand advice and told me a little bit more about what to expect from stainless steel brake lines. Definitely a knowledgeable guy (good hire, ProParts. I hope you're able to figure out who he was because I really appreciated his feedback.) I placed my initial order just before noon, and within two hours I had already gotten my shipping notification. That's REALLY fast... Like, beating out Amazon Prime speeds kind of fast. Both orders arrived at my door the next day (although I AM local). I like to give my business to local places whenever possible. Offering turnaround times faster than Prime with more knowledgeable people just makes that really easy on the part of your customers. It was not serious and I knew I could buff it out but I didn't know what kind of compound I should use. I'm from out of town and the AutoZone where I live, has helpful and knowledgeable employees so naturally I searched for an AutoZone nearby. I walked into the business and talked with an employee, Genia and asked if she would come outside to take a look at the scratch on the side of my car. She came outside with me, looked at the scratch, took her finger and immediately was able to rub some of the residue off. We went back inside the store where she showed me a line of products that would effectively buff the scratches out. She told me that I did not need an expensive compound because the less expensive ones were basically the same product. Genia was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and did not try to sell me a more expensive product. She was pleasant throughout my visit. She is definitely an ambassador for this place of business. Thank you Genia.

I've been driving the same 97' Buick "Skylark" for 16 yrs and "I" gave "him" the wrong model??? The 2nd time they gave me a fuel pump that my mechanic told me was obviously re-boxed and was missing the O-ring that comes with every new fuel pump, so I ended up having to drive all the way to the store off Peoria Ave/I-10 to replace it. The guy over there confirmed what my mechanic told me, and when I told him which store I got it from, he just rolled his eyes and said, "figures". The 3rd time I didn't buy anything, but the guy "wrote a ticket" for me to pick up at another store because they didn't have everything there. Needless to say I need to re-think my patronage at this place. UPDATE: Against my better judgement, I bought a tranny mount from these guys a couple weeks ago and had my mechanic switch it out, and guess what? IT DIDN'T FIT! It was the "Pronto" brand which I will never buy again (they make a whole line of "cheap" automotive parts). The entire wheel well was torn apart so I had to make a quick decision. We called O'Reilly and they had the "Anchor" brand in stock. I ran down the street and picked it up, matching it up first with the old mount we removed, brought it back and it fit like a glove. Problem solved. In all honesty, it was twice as expensive as the Pronto ($34 compared to $18), but in the end it would have been well worth it with all the time and gas my mechanic and I would have saved. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

He was having battery issues so I tested it for him and it came back as a bad battery. I told him to take it down to Pep boys since it has its 30month free replacement. They further told him they don't carry that battery anymore and upsold him on a lower end interstate gold battery that's flooded and not AGM for $26. I'm pretty sure free replacement means free replacement. But they upsold him and gave him a crappier battery. He then brought it to me so I can reinstall in his vehicle and the car wouldn't start. The battery has a date code of 1/26. I had to hook it up to a charger for sometime to get it brought back up. The initial voltage said 11.9v and was at 30% capacity. I recently purchased a new Ford Raptor and needed to order a camper shell for my dogs . He actually informed me that he had them in stock. I was so surprised at their large in stock selection of inventory. Normally you always have to order them and wait 4-6 weeks. So I picked up my new truck and drove immediately to Camper Capital Peoria and was greeted by Mike who offered the same excellent customer service that Zac offered me. The shell was installed and I was on my way in a matter of a hour. To top it off Zac offered me a great deal even cheaper than if I had ordered it from my local camper shell dealers in Prescott AZ. After a day of searching and finding nothing, we found a listing for Camper Capitol. With a quick call to see if they had anything in stock, Zac found three possibilities. I drove over and in 15 minutes John and his right hand man helped me pick one that fit, looked good, and had a good price: no pressure, no hassles.
