I emailed them repeatedly trying to get this resolved, and apparently customer service means simply ignoring customers. Not one person could be bothered to respond. Found a much nicer swim school 5 minutes away, and I've been taking classes there ever since. Much better experience and, thankfully, a business that actually values its customers. I would absolutely not recommend this place.

Megan & Jamela were working behind the counter who gave mom & dad all information they needed for the swim lesson...G-Ma got the info too - smile. The process for pre, during & after lessons was easy, clear & efficient. The pool was well cleaned as with the restrooms, changing & sanitizing stations. The staff rotates in up keeping & resetting all areas of the school. Especially the pool that is sectioned off for different age groups. Jordan, was the swim teacher who took wonderful care of my Grand & another little baby & did such an amazing job simultaneously. Only one parent is allowed in the pool during the lesson. However, there's a huge glass window with plenty of seating to view lessons & cheer on our tots. My Grand was such a natural in the water which made it comfortable to watch. & while you're at ease, help yourself to a complimentary cup of tea or coffee. The teachers speak VERY lowly of the children in the classroom with disabilities. They scream and yell at the children if they cry or show any high emotional behavior. If their RBT does not show up, they will not treat the child well and talk down on them and to them. The teachers do not believe in teaching the children with autism in their classroom as they believe it's the job of the RBT's to teach any child with a disability. It's been numerous of times that my client's diaper was not changed because they believe that it's not their job to change them. This is supposed to be an INCLUSION school but they have a strong dislike for any child with any type of disability. I would NEVER recommend anyone to bring their child to this school if they have a disability or on the spectrum! I will also be reporting them to the state board as they are actively lying to parents about the inclusiveness of this school!

I was told by the administration that the refund would be granted, but this never happened. I called corporate and have yet to receive a single call from the franchise owner, despite making it very clear that I wanted to speak with her. I have also filed a claim with the Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning regarding this situation. If you're okay with being lied to, paying money for your child to be repeatedly hurt, and not even receiving a call from the owner to pretend she cares, this is the school for you.

She has now been in both the infant and toddler rooms and we are so thankful for her amazing teachers and staff and for the little friends she has met. We haven't had a single problem and are always able to get in touch with the front desk or director with any questions or concerns. There are so many daycare choices in this area and I feel super lucky that we found such a good fit.
