He was very meticulous and made sure everything was perfect at the end. He even brought his own TV mount, which he included in the price, and cleaned up all the dust before he left. We threw him a few curveballs - asked to add a sound bar mount last minute which didn't give him much room to work with, but he made it happen! Also while he was here, we asked him to help mount a heavy piece of wall art, which he did very quickly and only charged a few dollars extra. He left us with some extra zip ties for cable management, and made sure the tv was level prior to leaving (even took the whole mount down to start over and realign at one point). Martin also mentioned he has experience in IT and networking, so we will definitely be calling him back to help make our home a 'smart' home. Highly recommend!
