They don't stack appointments, so if you show up on time you're usually seen right away. In fact, at my last cleaning I walked in about ten minutes early and they were already waiting for me. The atmosphere is relaxed, the hygienists are incredibly thorough, and Dr. Salazer takes the time to make sure everything is done right while keeping the whole experience comfortable and anxiety-free. On top of that, the front desk staff makes scheduling, check-in, and checkout quick and painless; and they laugh at all my bad dad jokes, which is always a plus! The office is easy to find, very clean and organized, and comfortable. The parking situation isn't too bad either; small parking lot with a couple of spots, but it's rarely full. In terms of experience, the level of respect and care that this office's staff exudes is unmatched. The women who work the front desk are kind and informative, and always greet me with a smile. The hygienist is equally as lovely and always does a great job with my teeth. The dentist is knowledgable, friendly, and never upsells products or services that are not needed. In other dentist offices, I've always felt like I had to deny so many unneeded services and products just to complete my appointment, and it really detracted from my experience and made me feel like my HCP cared more about making extra cash than giving me the care I needed. That has never been the experience here. It's hard to find health care providers that care about their patients as much as Dr. Salazar and staff do, and I will be going to them for the foreseeable future. There are not many dentists out there anymore that aren't salesmen.. He is 1 in a million! His office staff also all have his same caring and welcoming nature.. I went there for a checkup/cleaning, and I had insurance that paid for preventive care like x-rays and cleanings plus allowed an additional 1500 for any additional care I might need. I was charged 170 dollars just to get from the waiting room into a dental chair. After a 2 hour wait, then had 5 minutes of x-rays done. Folks came and went in my room with no explanation or greeting other than to exchange pleasantries with each other. Dentist finally came in and after a 1-minute examination of my x-rays (not my mouth) told me I needed 7000 of dental work listing 3 pages of almost unreadable dental procedures I supposedly needed. I was there because my old Medicare Part C plan changed their dental network making my previous dentist of 40 plus years obsolete forcing me to find another dentist. My new Medicare Part C plan sent me to Sage. I get dental exams once a year for the past 50 years. Last one was 5 months ago. Clean bill of health with no issues. I refused to agree to and sign their lying treatment plan. They threatened me with not submitting the claim for my x-rays which would be paid by my insurance unless I signed the treatment plan even though I told them they had already charged me 170 dollars just to get from waiting room to dental chair. They also charged me for an oral cancer screening I never received. I got up and walked out and immediately called my insurer Aetna Medicare to report their misconduct. Of course, Aetna was of no help whatsoever even though they were the ones who referred me to this unethical, dishonest and borderline criminal dental practice. I wish to take this opportunity to warn folks to avoid this unscrupulous business. Utilize this business at your own extreme peril folks.

Not only that but with my daughter spacers for braces they did it there then suggested me to a ortho to remove some teeth. dentist never recalled what step we were in after he told me a different treatment plan each time for length. believe with my daughter nought and teeth he should have sent me to a specialist from the beginning. instead of wasted time and amount of money I spent.
