They jumped on it!! I had someone out within an hour to look at my unit, I mean what company comes out that quickly!! Pennies did!!! They responded immediately to my request for help and sent someone out within the hour! Then ordered the part I desperately needed and had it installed the next day! On a Saturday I had a technician on my roof fixing the blower motor in 107-degree heat! Talk about dedication, loyalty, and commitment to customers!! I couldn't be more grateful! My house is now feeling amazing, and I owe it all to the amazing team at Pennies for making that happen for me and my family! Thank you so much Pennies!! You have a customer for life!!

The temps were 105+ degrees this week and the company couldn't get the job done. They literally told me to call another company so I called ECONO WEST. Talked to Dave, and he immediately sent out Dan. Dan came and immediately grabbed the necessary parts to be fixed and took them back to the shop right away but He was having trouble removing the fan at the shop, due to it being a 36year old part. That didn't , he took matters into his own hands and was trying to work on this part with his own equipment in his garage at his home. Dan was able to get a fan onto the new motor and installed it in a very timely manner to get the AC back up and running. I know the unit is old but when it's time to upgrade, I will be calling ECONO WEST without a doubt in my mind. I highly recommend these guys for your AC needs, they will treat you like family and help you in your time of need. These guys are polite, respectful, and will take care of your heating or cooling emergencies right away. Dave and Dan, I cannot thank you guys enough for helping my mother out and getting her AC back up and running. You two are amazing and I will recommend you guys to all of my friends, family and coworkers from now on. Thanks again Dave and Dan, keep up the excellent work by helping people keep their houses warm or cold with great customer service, great work, quickness and treating us like your own family.

LET ME EXPLAIN TO YOU WHY YOU SHOULD NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! This is a review that I personally…read morenever thought I would have to do. I have been using this joke of a company since 2018 when I purchased a swamp cooler from them for my rental property. Twice per year since the purchase of the swamp cooler I have hired them to maintain the unit and for the past 5 years they have literally done nothing and only charged me for "tune ups" and "maintenance"!! I have attached images of the original invoice for the swamp cooler purchase, maintenance invoices and current pictures of the state of the unit. The only reason I found out about the condition of the unit is because this joke of a company started charging more (can you believe they don't do anything and they are still raising their prices?) so I hired a Artic Air 661-945-8822 located in Lancaster to come out and tune up the unit instead. Only to find out Climate Heating & Cooling have never once touched the swamp cooler and only charged me. I have attached photos of the current state of the swamp cooler. Everything is rusted, dirty, never oiled, leaking, and belt has never been replaced. I have contacted RUDY and he has ghosted me and has no response to why my unit is in this condition. I repeat DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Excellent Service, Professional Technicians, and Honest Pricing!…read more I recently had a mini split system installed by EZ Breeze, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The installation was completed quickly and efficiently in half a day and the technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced. Before hiring EZ Breeze, I did my homework. I checked the Better Business Bureau and verified their contractor's license through the California state licensing website. I found no complaints going back 10 years, which was as far back as the records I reviewed. Their license was also in good standing, with no disciplinary issues or complaints noted. What impressed me just as much was their honest and fair pricing. I obtained estimates from other companies, and two were attempting to charge me approximately $5,000 more for comparable work. EZ Breeze provided excellent service without taking advantage of me. It's refreshing to find a company that combines professionalism, quality workmanship, and integrity. I am extremely satisfied with my installation and highly recommend EZ Breeze to anyone considering a mini split installation. They have certainly earned my trust and my five-star review!

A year ago we bought a fixer-upper with two broken HVAC systems. I researched what an HVAC system…read moreshould cost in Palmdale, CA in 2023 (last year). Then I scheduled 4 companies to come out and give us estimates. The first guy came in a suit with a fancy portfolio full of pictures and told us he'd need at least 90 minutes for the estimate (this is a yellow flag). He bragged about his company and finally gave us a quote of $55,000; I could not stop laughing. Then the second candidate showed up and put us through a similar show and tell of all they would do for us. He came in at $27,000 but my research told me that was still too high and he could not answer many of the questions I asked him. Both of these guys used scare tactics and put everyone else down in order to get the business. The phrase "you'll get what you pay for" is their favorite line. Don't buy it. Neither of these guys really knew about HVAC systems...they were just trained to sell, sell, sell. The other 2 companies were Oscar's SoCalMechanical and another local company. Their quotes were nearly identical and right in line with my research of fair prices. All 4 companies were quoting the same brand with the same specs. We choose Oscar of Southern California Mechanical because he was straight-forward, knowledgeable, and totally honest. Oscar explained exactly what we needed for the size of our home and also what would not make any difference. Yes, he knows about all the high priced bells and whistles, but if you don't need them, he's not going to try to razzle-dazzle and upsell you on things you don't need. He has a gift for educating people about HVAC systems and if you pay attention, you'll learn so much. This home needed everything; at times it was over-whelming. In the midst of the remodeling project that is finally approaching completion after a year, it has been extremely refreshing to find someone who is not just in it for the money, but who truly cares about the long-term service he can offer his customers. Our units have been working fine for a full year now and we've been very comfortable. In fact, we're going to sign up for the maintenance/cleaning package so that Oscar and his team can keep our new units working efficiently for years to come. We highly recommend Oscar and his team at Southern California Mechanical because of his honesty and dedication to his customers.
