Everything was moist and rich. Nothing was dry nor crumbly. The blueberry scone was my favourite. It was chock-full of big plump blueberries. They have a good variety of baked goods, both sweet and savoury. In the grocery store section they have gluten-free snacks such as crackers and also different gluten-free flours and mixes. We had the four course meal which was safe compared to other fine dining restaurants we've been in Québec and Ontario. Nonetheless, it was really delicious; for us, the duck breast meal was the star. The cocktails however were under average for a Michelin Guide recommended fine dining restaurant. Service itself was absolutely great. My one remark would be the time in-between courses were quite long (3 hours for a 4 course menu). The ambiance was great and they sat us in a beautiful half-moon booth.
