Ate breakfast here after our last night staying in a wolf cabin at Parc Omega. Wish we found it on our first day in Montebello! A solid 10 out of 10! You can't help but love everything about this place. The service was fantastic. We chatted with the owner for quite some time and shared some laughs. Small place in a small town with just a few tables and very comfy chairs. I wouldn't want it any other way. It somehow makes it perfectly cozy and special. Everything we had; the crepes, the pain perdu, our lattes and the eggs were all cooked to perfection. It's places like this that make us want to come back for another vacation in this quaint little town. read more

The restaurant is the best and decent restaurant in the town.. staff are amazing. Very friendly , attentive and courteous.. food is delish! We ordered croissant sandwich and their Reuben sandwich and it taste soooo great! The tea wasn't served in a tea bag and was in a nice real teapot too.. watermelon soup was very refreshing too! It came off as a surprise, but the restaurant is really cute and nicely decorated with paintings. I loved hanging out here before going to Parc Omega. We missed breakfast hour, which is apparently way better than lunch menu. Lunch is slightly expensive and tasted just okay. My soup was delicious, and sandwich is meh. Absolutely delicious, great atmosphere and great customer service at decent prices. You should definitely stop here to grab a bite to eat, plus it's right next to a historic park and natural area so a great place to walk about. The restaurant is a cozy place with a lot of artwork, fresh flowers and music. The waiter and chef seem to be husband and wife and they often check upon their customers to see how they enjoy their food and are very nice and talkative. The prices are very great and well worth it. We ordered a turkey bacon croissant sandwich and mushroom crepe. Both came from fresh ingredients and were filling and absolutely delicious. comes with the soup of the day or salad. additionally we got the dessert cinnamon roll with homemade jam and cream which absolutely mouthwatering. plus the town of montebello is really cute and beautiful. do yourself a favor and stop here for a bite. the turkey club is mouthwatering if you wanted a recommendation you can't go wrong with that. read more

It's a cute small resto apparently popular with tourists. Food is good, your typical country breakfast from Quebec, what more can you ask? Love love love this restaurant. Their food is so delicious. They now have a liquor licence which is very nice. They extended their patio on the side and towards the back of the restaurant which is beautifully decorated with plants. The music is very peaceful. Leo is quit the PR person. After seeing reviews on Yelp, we thought we'd check this place out for lunch - we were staying at the Chateau Montebello, and this little town had some great things to check out. This restaurant is one of them, if you can catch them before they close. Open till 3:00, we barely made it in, but we're glad we did. The waiter/owner greeted us in French, but spoke perfect English to us once he knew we were American. Asked about his menu, he recommended the "must try" item, so I got it, and was so glad I did. It's an amazing salad, and was exactly what I needed. We also got the owner's story of how he came to this place, setup the restaurant, etc. It was delightful. Great place for breakfast. Breakfast at Chateau Montebello is 'eh' and very pricey, so we decided to venture out. So glad we did. This place is a husband and wife team, and they're both so nice. Breakfast menu is compact but with pretty decent variety for its size. Food is delicious and has that homemade feel and taste.
