Our last meal on one of our trips took place here, and what a send off it was!
Located at the edge of the village of Schweighouse, we made a reservation for our lunch and are so glad we did. The place was quickly filled with diners and the pleasant din of a nice restaurant in France.
The menu was varied and everything was fresh and cooked to perfection. I loved the classic touch of the server bringing us a large chalkboard with the day's specials written on it to help us decide.
I sprung for the ceviche, followed by the chicken cordon bleu. This is the type of place where there is probably not a bad thing on the menu. My husband got the marrow appetizer and the 24 hour marinated pork breast entree. Kiddo got an amazing-looking meal with chicken, vegetables, and spätzle. Everything tasted fantastic!
