But for the low price of 20K but they could cut us a deal and do it for 17k..he could have us back up and running.. pass,,, We called a friend who actually did some diagnosis and come to find out the evaporator was NOT clogged and the bearings were fine. Plus the air filter was dirty and all it was to blame was a contactor relay in the AC condenser which only cost us $30 plus a from Amazon. plus a new Filter for about $20 and we were up and running. Lisa answered and was amazing with accommodating my schedule and with all subsequent correspondence. Shane came out a couple days later, educated me on the new systems, patiently answered all my questions and took his time explaining in detail my options (I ended up going with the Bosch/heat pump. Quietest compressor I've ever witnessed). Shane sent over a quote that was less than another quote I had received and with many more upgraded options including a $2K federal tax credit. Much more overall value for my money. Shane's crew (Kevin, Rudy & Brandon) came out on the scheduled date and time and handled business to perfection. The gentleman told me that he would order the part and it would be a couple hundred bucks, he'd call me in a few weeks to schedule the installation. I called All Air to follow up six weeks later, said the part was ordered and should be in soon. I called after the new year. Said the part was backordered (this was around the time that COVID was causing supply chain issues, nbd.) Said that I can call periodically to check on the status of the part. I called at the end of February, said the part was still backordered. I called in April. Said the part was still backordered. I called in June. Said the part was still backordered. They recommended that, if I was going to be this impatient (!?) that I should just order a new oven. I told them that I had already waited over six months and that I would just keep waiting. I called in September. Same old shit. Once we hit the one-year mark, I was mad. My patience had been tested. I asked the manager to give me a call. The next day Yvette calls me and is very apologetic. Turns out, THE ORDER FOR THE PART HAD NEVER BEEN PLACED. I'm not even joking. They kept assuring me that "they had problems with this repair person not following-through" So the people in the office kept assuring me the part was backordered, which was a bold-faced lie. Despite me checking back over and over again, no one was actually following up on my part. Amazing. On December 23, 2022, the part finally comes in. You ready to spit out your drink? They quoted me almost $900 to have it installed. A totally new oven was less expensive. I declined, obviously, especially with tepid apology and absolutely no empathy for this rotten customer service endeavor. I will not be a repeat customer.
