5-Star Review - Tire Kingdom (Yulee, FL - SR 200 & Hwy 17)…read more I had an incredible experience at Tire Kingdom in Yulee that absolutely deserves recognition. My vehicle showed a low-battery warning, and after having it tested at AutoZone, it was clear the alternator was the issue. I called several shops around 3:30 PM, and most told me they might be able to look at it the next day--or wanted to charge $120 just to "diagnose" the problem I already knew about. When I called Tire Kingdom, I spoke with Theresa, who told me to bring it right in. They checked it immediately, did not charge me for a diagnostic, and the test matched AutoZone's results within minutes. They gave me a couple of price options and even went above and beyond by checking additional parts availability. They found a significantly cheaper alternator at O'Reilly Auto Parts and told me that if I bought it myself, I'd get a lifetime warranty instead of the standard 12-month warranty through them. That kind of honesty is rare. I picked up the part from O'Reilly and brought it back, and within an hour and a half, my vehicle was completely repaired. I absolutely did not expect to have my truck fixed within 2.5 hours of discovering the issue--especially late in the day. The entire team was friendly and professional, but two people really stood out: Theresa and Jarryka (Jerrica). Their customer service was exceptional from start to finish. You just don't see this level of honesty, speed, and customer care very often. I highly recommend Tire Kingdom in Yulee and will absolutely return for future service. Outstanding experience.

I had just moved back to the USA and needed a reliable car quickly. They sold me this Nissan for $15,000 out the door. It had 79,000 miles on it. Now 6 months later and 6,000 miles later I am trying to sell this same car back and they only offered me $4,000!!! Blue Book was $6,000. Not only did I initially get scammed for the price I bought this car, but when I was trying to sell it back they did not even give me Blue Book value. Glad to see this is how you treat Military Vets. SCAM them for all you can!!! Pathetic.

I spoke with Jonathan and he is friendly and knowledgeable as ever. I stated that I needed to get a major factory service maintenance done but I also wanted to get a few other big ticket items done. He wrote up a quote and texted it to me within the hour. I was able to text Jonathan back and confirm an appointment. Since the service was going to take all day I inquired about utilizing the shuttle back home. Jonathan let me know that they offer a service where they're able to pick up my car and deliver it upon completion. As a parent, not having to load up the car to spend hours at the mechanic is a blessing. Fast forward to service day and Elliot picked up the car promptly. Later that afternoon I get a text showing their inspection report with PICTURES taken of OEM items used, air filters, tire levels, brake pad levels, etc. Talk about TRANSPARENCY. Kudos to Royalty Auto Service. I've never had a dealership or mechanic do that. So amazing job! Once service was completed I got a call to schedule payment and for vehicle drop off. Paid my invoice online and 20 mins later my car is being backed up into my driveway. I didn't get the name of the amazing young lady (sorry) but she was amazing. She left a rose, a bear and thanked me for giving their shop a try. Royalty Auto Service I will be returning for any future need. THANK YOU guys! You went above and above! TLDR: friendly, easy, transparent, thorough quality work, amazing customer service, car pick up/drop off is a gem. Do NOT hesitate giving Royalty a shot!

My neighbor recommended them highly as he takes his vehicles there so I thought I'd give them a shot. My initial contacts were with Jonathan and Jim. Jonathan told me that they would do an inspection of the vehicle to determine what kind of service may be necessary besides what I brought the car in for. To my amazing surprise they did a full nose to tail inspection of my vehicle with detailed photos and suggestions for maintenance and must do servicing. I dropped off my car and got a ride back to my home by a young lady by the name of Carrie and a young man named Elliot. My experience to that point was incredibly positive as they were all very professional and thorough. Both Chris and Jonathan kept me posted as we went along as to the status. I picked up my car once completed, and the car was completely cleaned throughout. It he rose on the dash was a nice touch of class. The moral to the story is you get what you pay for. They all obviously take pride in the customer and mechanical service that they offer and the car is perfect. I couldn't be more satisfied and will bring it back to them for future services. If you have a vehicle at All-Pro Automotive you must move it now! Mike is a conman and a liar!…read more I wish I never encountered All-Pro Automotive. They have made my life nothing but HELL! The shop kept my vehicle for approximately 14 months, and when it was returned, it was almost in worse condition than when I brought it in. Among the issues I discovered were a broken headlight, incomplete repairs, and parts left inside the vehicle for me to install myself. The vehicle was returned with several serious safety concerns, including a hood that was not functioning properly and a battery that was unsecured and moving freely under the hood. In my opinion, this created a potential safety hazard. In addition, the air conditioning system was not properly serviced, as no refrigerant had been added. Work that should have been completed was either left unfinished or performed improperly. They actually used wood screws, glue instead of brackets and bolts. As a result, I am now facing thousands of dollars in additional repair costs to correct problems that were not fixed and to address issues caused by the condition in which the vehicle was returned. Based on my experience, I can only recommend All-Pro Automotive being permanently shut down.
