Cora White, you are an auto angel! No seriously, you are a gem. You somehow made a stressful car situation less stressful. Originally I popped in on Saturday afternoon, after someone so graciously pointed out my break lights were out. After some small troubleshooting with a gentleman that worked there it was determined that I would need a break light switch. They were out of stock and just needed to ship a new one to store, the part would be here the next day. Fast forward to 3 days later, I came back into the store, thinking for sure my part had arrived,unfortunately it had not come in. But she assured it would be here in a few days and that it was b/c I ordered over the weekend. What could have been a very tense and stressful interaction, was relatively calm and easy. Because of her personable personality, her willingness to look around the stock for the item and to call the warehouse. She could have easily blown me off and told me to check back later. But I felt like she did everything within her power to be as helpful and cordial as possible. My BF also needed new windshield wipers. She found the correct type. Recommended a brand that she personally used ( about $7 cheaper than what he was originally going to spend). Explained to us the differences between all the wipers, brands and price points so that we felt comfortable with the choice. Major plus she switched out the blades, in the dark, for us! Went for a new battery. Guy noticed car stalled when starting engine and suggested fuel injector. He poured it into my gas tank which later I found he wasn't suppose to do then I noticed my check engine light came on when driving home. Went to Autozone on Edgewood in Jax and the guy was very friendly and helpful unlike the location in Yulee. He fixed everything other guy messed up. He said the guy who installed my battery didn't hook everything up properly after installing my battery or screw my gas cap back on. I do not recommend this location. read more

Worst customer service ever. These people know as much about parts as a billionaire knows about government cheese. Pretty bad when you give them the correct part number and they still give you the wrong part. The only thing this place is good for is car was supplies and oil. Bad thing is you can get the same stuff a lot cheaper 2 minutes down the street at Wal Mart. Good luck if you know very little about your car because once they finally acknowledge you, you will be met with a full, knowledge-less and careless look that will make you wish you knew more than just how to change the radio station! read more

Employees need trained, broke down on Highway went to get a belt no intelligence in the place had to make a 4th and final return for a simple serpentine belt. Called another parts establishment, I got the correct part. Very pissed spent 6 hours of my time wasting on idiots with no knowledge in auto parts. Don't waste you valuable time at this place.
