They ordered one for me and called me when it came in. Also, if any of you are paying to have your filters changed...you are being robbed. It is soooo easy to do! The last few stops were because I was having trouble with my wiper blades. If you buy from their store, they put the blades on free for you. Send these young men for customer service training and teach them to tell the truth and not lie. Her demeanor towards me was as though the caffeine level had hijacked her logical thought process, and her reluctance set it in stone. As a loyal Ford customer, retired Ford employee, and Medallion Elite Alumni, encountering someone like this is a deterrent. It wasn't until after I mentioned my resume that she called someone to get further advice. I had had enough of the encounter and departed the service department. I jumped in my car and found another Ford dealership, which was super helpful in providing me with the much-needed Battery.

The only mistake I made was forgetting to remove my license plate and by the time I realized it, the car had already been crushed.

ive been coming here for years,,,,i usually find what i need every time…read more however, i'm very disappointed with this business. i went to get a part from a vehicle...in which it was only "one" of. paid to get in, went to get the part and it was not in the vehicle. how can you not keep an inventory on the items sold? what a waist of time and money.....imagine how many people loose their money becasue a part has already sold. the cashier should be able to tell you if the item has sold especially if they can ask you what part are you looking for. at least allow a entrence pass for another time if they won't refund a blank trip.
