I had gone to the McKnight Rd location 7 times over the course of a few weeks to get my car inspected. Every time, I was told to come back later or leave my car. Unfortunately, my schedule made it difficult most times, but I even rearranged things to make a Saturday morning work, only to be told to come back later or leave my car. I knew I needed work done and didn't have the option to leave my car, but I was willing to wait. They, however, were not willing to have me wait, so I came back first thing Sunday morning to the same story. The manager then told me to try the location in Sharpsburg, so trusting her, I drove all the way there only to find out that they did not have a technician to do state inspections. After trying a 3rd location (another recommendation) on Baum Blvd, I was ready to give up, but I decided to call the Wexford location to see if they'd be able to help. The second that someone picked up the phone, everything was different. She genuinely cared, and told me they'd be waiting for me. When I pulled up, 3 guys came up to me immediately and asked how they could help. When I explained what had happened, they promised they'd get me taken care of quickly. While 2 of them brought my car in to get started, the 3rd brought me into the lobby and offered me coffee, a place to sit, and a tv to watch. I never expected that I would end up spending over 4 hours sitting there, but like I said, I knew my car needed work. My brakes and rotors were bad and needed to be replaced, but there was no driver to deliver the parts. The manager, who was also working on my car, drove to get the parts himself. And when he realized they gave him the wrong ones, he made the trip again. I was amazed at the level of customer service I received from this location. This was by far the best experience at a Jiffy Lube ever, and also the only reason I will continue coming back.

While not the typical place I go to, I had used this shop a few years prior to get new tires put on. I called ahead that my car was being towed to the shop and would like a diagnostics check. They replaced my battery to be able to do the diagnostics, which I approved. Once the diagnostics came back, it confirmed the bad alternator, and a few other things. I declined any further work on the vehicle and had it towed by my Dad out of the shop on 5/23 until I decided what work I wanted done on it. I was out of town for work but was able to inspect my car on 5/25 w hen I returned. Upon looking at my car, I noticed that my battery cover was missing but the new battery, put in by the shop, was there. I called the shop and got through to speaking to someone on 5/27 to ask about my battery cover being missing. They let me know they would go check for it and call me back in a few minutes. They never called back so I called the next day on 5/28. The customer service agent told me they were busy with another customer and that someone would call me back within the hour. It's now 5/29 and no one has called me back and it's looking like they lost and/or choosing to not rectify their mistake. I didn't expect them to reinstall the cover, even though it was their mistake. I just wanted it back and would install it myself. I would avoid going here simply for the fact that them choosing to not return calls or even be honest about the situation (Ex. "We lost your battery cover" or "We forgot to reinstall your battery cover").

In fact, they knew the car was in very good shape for its age. Unlike Strother Bro's. Who did not want to be bothered. I'll keep this quick since you have already wasted enough of my time. Yes, this was the correct business. I keep records of my car's repair history. I still the "inspection report" and the texts I received from the staff saying they could not service vehicle because the excuse they pulled out of their arse.
