Communication was minimal and there was a clear lack of effort to assist us in a professional or respectful manner. We came prepared and ready to do business with a cash purchase yet it felt as though we were not being given the same attention or courtesy that other customers might receive. What made this experience especially concerning was the strong impression that we were not treated fairly. Whether intentional or not, the interaction left us feeling uncomfortable and undervalued as customers. Buying a car is a significant decision, and every customer deserves transparency, respect, and equal treatment throughout the process. Overall, the experience lacked professionalism, attentiveness, and basic customer care. Based on this interaction, I would not return or recommend this salesperson to others.

(sales) and Dave (sales manager) over two days and were able to get the monthly lease $$$ we needed, no money down and a discount on the resist-all treatment. Mike and Dave were the nicest guys ever and made the experience transparent and even fun. They found the model we wanted and had it driven up from South Hills and there was no pressure to take on a more expensive model. I would definitely suggest working with them as once we had the paperwork straight, we had our car within a day and its everything we wanted.     I took my car in for service, inspection, and an oil change on a Friday. The shop recommended…read moreadditional maintenance, including new tires and brakes, bringing the estimated total to about $3,600. They told me they'd prefer the car to stay because the cords were showing on the inside sidewall of the tire and said the new tires wouldn't arrive until Wednesday. They gave me a loner car in the meantime. Thankfully the tires arrived sooner and I got my car back on Monday. When I picked up my vehicle, the final bill was about $4,600 almost $1,000 more than the original estimate. There was no prior notice of these additional charges. They linked them to the original service request. After driving the car less than five miles home, mostly through a 35 mph zone, I parked it in my garage. The next day, when replacing my EZ-Pass, I noticed a significant chip in the windshield on the passenger side. I contacted the service center within 23 hours of pickup, but they refused to take responsibility, hiding behind the excuse that it had been off their lot for over 24 hours. Instead, they told me to file a claim with my own insurance. Beware of this shop. They inflate prices without warning and refuse to take responsibility for damage that happens under their watch. Their dishonesty and lack of accountability make it clear they do not value their customers. If you care about fair pricing, transparency, and the safety of your vehicle, take your business elsewhere.

    Carey the manager was the nicest and most knowledgeable parts store manager I think I ever…read moreencountered. She explained a policy for not replacing a battery under a seat that made great sense instead of just giving a "hard no", like most places did that I called before. I appreciated the knowledge and decided to buy my battery there and replace it myself. Learned I could do it alone and she reassured me I would be fine with my level of knowledge . Customer service is still important. I work in sales and I can tell you that I only go INTO a store if I want to ask someone a question. It's easy enough to order online so having some experience both in dealing with people's inquiries and product knowledge is very valuable. I will now get all my parts here and say hello. Went to drop off my battery today too and the guy there was also very nice. Had a quick chat and got my $23 back on my pocket no sweat. Sorry I didn't get his name. Shaved head, facial hair, glasses. They run a good ship there at a job that probably pays too damn low to incentivize being kind. Well done. Even in a parking lot that probably doesn't attract a lot of through traffic. Food trucks are good too. Stop for lunch while you are at it. Also Carey spelled her name when I asked and she said "it's spelled with 'care' because I do! My god. CLONE this manager. And please give her a raise.
