I had to wait 3 weeks to get in which put me in a bind time wise because I sold my home and was moving into this rig but he told me it would only take a few days to do and that gave me enough time to do what I needed. Two weeks before my appt I called and left a message to make sure he had an item I wanted installed during the repair that is what everyone uses to do this but with the way parts availability is currently I had to make sure it wasn't tied up waiting on parts. My day comes and I drag it 100 miles at $6.00 a gallon for diesel to make my appt. As soon as I walk in he tells me he didn't know what I was talking about on the voice mail I left. Why didn't he call and ask me? If he would have I would have known right away he didn't know what he was doing and went another route. So, he slides under the rig and makes crazy suggestions on what to do. I've run shops since the 70's so I didn't just fall off the turnip truck. I'm just at the point in my life the heavy stuff is to much for me to fix. I suggested the route we discussed on the phone and told him a few things we needed to pay attention to and he slides out from under the rig, tells me he isn't my guy and walks away leaving me standing there. Said nothing about a courtesy check in 500 miles to check my engine replacement. They originally checked the recall for my engine replacement on December 22nd 2022 and didn't checked it thoroughly. The rods failed in my 2016 Hyundai Veloster and the engine needed replaced. Regardless of proper oil changes or not the engine was going to fail because of its poor design. They build up carbon in the engine because it being direct fuel injected. If anyone has a Veloster regardless of the oil being full synthetic change it every 3-5,000 miles. I recommend a flush because the engine will build up sludge.

Warren was a great help to. When I purchased the vehicle it had a slight squeak. was told that is normal in Jeeps me and my husband did not think much of it. However in coming months the noise got really bad, made an appointment with the Jeep dealership owned by Cochran in Natrona heights. After arriving the service tech came out to the jeep pushed down on it and said yes that is not normal. He also told me that my jeep was out of warranty and I would probably be looking at about 45-90 dollars. If anymore he would let me know. After taking the jeep apart they found the issue and stated it was an arm control that goes into the bushing and the passenger side is worse than the drivers side. He quoted me the price to fix of 301.00. I stated to him I really do not think that it is fair for me to pay for something that had already started to be an issue when I purchased the vehicle. He asked me were I purchased the vehicle and I told him Monroeville Cochran. He said he would call over there and talk to someone and see what he could do. After speaking with the big manager from Monroeville, he told me that Monroeville is going to cove the expense to fix not one of the arm controls but both. That to me was a blessing and shows me that Cochran really does care about their customers and goes above and beyond to make them happy, I really appreciate the great customer service this type of service gives a business returning customers and customers recommending them to go to Cochran to purchase a vehicle. To top it off, we found out that they were video recording our conversations without my permission, which we found quite unsettling. It's now been three months since we canceled those warranties, and we still haven't received any refunds.
